Boy, WHAT A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! Sarah had cut my hair for al ost 1 year. 4 or 5 hair services. We got along swimmingly. I enforced her all over my social media many times. She's always on time, and she's very good as a hairstylist. NO COMPLAINTS. However, my last service was in Late September 2025. I wanted to set my next appointment as I left as I had always done. She was already onto her left client. I gave her a 22% tip. Pretty generous if you basket me. Since then she has ghosted me. Refusing to respond to emails and telking me she's booked for the next 5 months and not taking any new clients. I'm sorry, WHAT???!!! So I went to my old girl last time and every txt to Sarah if answered at all was no appointments available. Again, WHAT?! So in futile effort to still get my favorite stylist to do my hair this time, she said on the phone that she's not seeing any more clients and her husband is havibg surgety and she's all booked up and a few other ridiculous nonsense. I asked if I'd done something to upset her (which I know I haven't]and she became terse and defensive. So yes, Sarah is very good, but she's highly unprofessional in conduct and does not know how to treat customers. read more

I came for a hair trim and the owner charged $50 plus additional $15 for a shampoo which I agreed upon. She only trimmed 1/2 inch of my hair and that was it since she did not do anything on the front hair!!!!! She asked if I wanted a style on my hair but it will cost additional charges. I never been to a salon and pay separate charges for shampoo, a style on the hair after hair cut, WTH! I felt she robbed me by paying $75 (including tip) for trimming 1/2 inch plus shampoo. If I knew this would happened, I will ask my friend to trim my hair without spending $75. Please go somewhere else or even better go to Super cut. Don't bother to come to this place, please save your money!!!!! read more

A friend of mine got her hair done last week at Sarah's super salon for the first time. she was referred to her by family members. She is hesitant in writing a Yelp review because her and Sarah are from the same community/church. But I on the other hand have no problem leaving a review, as I feel it's important to give others a heads up. Let me start off by saying my friend left the salon with a large amount a water and hair dye in her ears, which I saw for myself, and she has been experiencing pain for several days, and then went to urgent care where they confirmed she now has a severe ear infection, and needed to be treated with anabiotics, and other medications for the pain. My friend sent a text message to Sarah letting her know about this concern, and the response back from Sarah was so unsincere, not even taking accountability for her actions or trying to make the matter right, by just saying sorry to hear that, happy New Year! In addition to the ear infection, when my friend first got to the Hair Salon, Sarah was going to have another technician color and cut her hair, without even asking permission of the client. The client has booked an appointment with Sarah, knowing that there is nobody else that even works with Sarah. she put the client in a very embarrassing situation, where the client repeatedly addressed they did not want to have their hair done by a random person, and that the appointment was made for Sarah to do their hair and nobody else. And even at that time Sarah went back and forth with the client, saying don't worry he's very good, he's the best, and he's from Canada. which is not the point whatsoever! For respect for your client, you should at least ask them if it's okay if somebody else does their hair, rather than just surprising them and having them stand behind them to start working on their hair. At the end of this, Sarah ended up doing her hair, the color and the cut. she did not want to do layers on the client as she requested, saying her hair was too thin you barely have any hair, and it will not work, making the client feel bad. Because she made jokes about how thin her hair was. She charges clients to wash their hair, but yet does an extremely lousy job washing the hair. My friend came home with hair dye stains all over her forehead, inside her ears, outside her ears, on the back of her neck, And you can clearly see that her scalp is black. and her hair was not washed thoroughly. So clearly my friend was not happy with the service to begin with, and to end up getting an ear infection because of the service, is completely unacceptable and unprofessional for anybody who is licensed. And definitely deserves to have a Yelp review given on their behalf. read more

Loved my experience at Sarah's Super Salon! I went in for the first time this week and Sarah was super sweet. She scheduled me for an appointment the same day. I have a lot of hair, and it is thick so it can be difficult to style. Sarah knew how to style my hair perfectly, and she was able to create the look I wanted. I have been two the salon two times and had a great experience both times! First I got my eyebrows threaded and they were able to accept me as a walk-in even though it was later in the day. They also were able to accommodate a men's haircut for my fiancé without an appointment. The second time we both got haircuts and knew to book ahead of time. They accept reservations both online (online sends you an estimate of appointment length) or via phone calls if you have specific questions about the haircuts. Making an appointment sends you both a text and a reminder text for your appointment. I appreciated that they asked what I wanted in the haircut but also made recommendations based on my hair type/how I usually styled it. Will definitely be continuing to visit as they are clean, professional and affordable! read more
