The pedi lady literally cut my left foot thumb with the scissor picker that you use for scrapping and cutting off the cuticles. Yes, I got big nasty cuts for my side corner of foot thumbs and it was bleeding badly. She immediately put anti-biotic ointment and sealed it with the cotton, but my foot thumb was keep stingy and painful since I do have long history of inner growing toe nails and this made it so bad. I was literally shaken my left foot entire time and couldn't roll my eyes away from my left foot. After 5 minutes of shaking from fear of blood witnessed, the lady was try to resume her cuticle trimming again with the same foot! (WHY!?) And I had to stop her but my voice was shaking real bad from the shock and she was not good with English, she was kept proceeding until I had to ask my nail polisher to stop her. My nail polisher was ok, but I don't wish to meet with that pedicure lady at all. I had traumatizing experience similar to this with other nail shop with my bloody fingers; that traumatized me for not going to nail shop for 2 years. Guess what? Thanks for another trauma.

Dark purple cat-eye polish, so happy with the result!!

Came in looking for a last minute acrylic fill before an event the next day and walked out with possibly my favorite set of nails I've ever had. Steve did an incredible job with my acrylic fill and even fixing the shaping and thickness of the nail to be better quality than my original set from a different salon, and did a beautiful job with the cat eye polish/design I requested on top of the fill. Reasonably priced for the great quality and much quicker than I expected. Will definitely be coming back!

I've been coming here for 3 years now and this is my last visit. The last handful of times I got the same lady coincidentally. I'm always a walk in. She's an elderly lady in the back. She rushes to take the gel off and thins my nails down and then I have to take a break from getting my nails done so they can recover. Anyway, today was the final straw. I brought in my 2 year old and I know the littles aren't always pleasant but my daughter was being nice and patient the whole time til right around the end because she wanted to get hair nails done. Either way, this same lady was huffing and puffing the whole time. Then I asked at the end if she could do just one coat of light purple on my littles nails and she said "She doesn't want it" and walked off. Wow. Nails were ok. I had amazing experience with Alex and decided to try someone else today because it is convenient for me. Overall, nails look good but "Amy" did nit take the time others do. My left thumb had a big dip on the side and after several filing attempts and it not working, she did another dip. I asked her to file the back down because now it was a little larger and she became upset. I could tell she complained to her coworkers while filing it. When I left I saw her talking to a customer and coworker acting like me looking at the nail. I have never complained and would consider myself pretty laid back. After this experience I will not be back. Overall, what a shame because it was an overall decent job. read more

No appointments but my daughter. & I stopped for two side by side pedicures. Got right in! Ordered the deluxe! They did some nice massage & creams, hot towels, too! I would have liked a little harder scrubbing on my heels. Male technician was new maybe? He appeared a bit confused on all the steps; kept talking to the tech next to us. Go here often because it's down the road, (convenient) and I usually get in pretty quickly. My pedicures are great, polish stays on for weeks and I even polish over it! They do a great job but I must say, the last couple times I got my nails done polished with the "gel" (supposed to last 2-3 wks?) was pealing off in about 4-5 days! Didn't last for my trip the following weekend! No intense cleaning or washing, have sensitive hands. So very disappointed. My daughter gets SNS, I used to also but even though "they say it's ok on your nails" they sand them each time. Even to take it off the old polish quickly instead of soaking them longer...not just here "most places". My real nails are healthy again so I go for the gel polish. Anyway, they are clean, nice and hard workers. "Just be sure to tell them" not to sand your nails so much. read more

Recently moved to the area and have tried three other nail salons that were terrible. Le Nails is wonderful. Clean and prompt. I came into Austin for a wedding and wanted to get a little spoiling while I was here and decided on a manicure (with gel and glittery tips) and pedicure. They did a really wonderful job. The techs were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was very pleased with the final outcome with both my nails and toes. Kinda wish I lived here so I could return to them again. I really hoped for a great experience. My normal nail salon was closed today but I was set to get my nails done. I drove down the road to Le Nails. I appreciate the hard work given and hate the typical lack of respect the hardworking people here get but today was just beyond bad. I will say that my toes were done perfectly, by another technician, but my SNS dip fingernails were a disaster. Not only were the man's fingernails bad, but he reeked of cigarette smoke. He was very kind, don't get me wrong but I won't be going back. I thought he would come back and clean up my nails but didn't. I asked for the clean up and 10 minutes later, he just started clipping off the dip and my skin. I told him I didn't want any my skin clipped to remove the polish and decided to just head back home. Gave a great tip and thanked them all but you should know. Also, I never write bad reviews. This one just got to me. read more

Le Nails is a fabulous nail salon in Dripping Springs. A friend took me there and now it is my favorite place. Everyone who has helped us has been wonderful. It's small and clean and they take great care of you. We get the deluxe pedicure which is great with hot stone massage and all the works. I'm new to SNS dip nails but they are really cool, last quite a while and make your nails super strong. read more

The first time I came it took them 40 minutes into my manicure to have someone help me with a pedicure, mind you there were 4 employees sitting on chairs on their phone, bizarre. When i asked for the 3rd time when my pedicure would start, the lady says "Oh you want them at the same time?" No... I want to be here for hours and waste my time. Lol. The guy who did my pedicure barely cut my cuticles and gave me a sloppy pedicure. The lady who did my 'hard gel' manicure gave me the most thin layer of gel that one of my nails broke a day later. Mind you, I haven't had a nail break in YEARS. I decided to come back a 2nd time. I asked for white on my toes. I had to ask for it to be redone 3 different times because the lady who painted it made it look like a blob of paint with two very obvious layers. It took 3 different employees to do a clean job and it is still not great. They kept telling me 'gel looks better' although I did not want or ask for gel, just regular paint. You should be able to paint white nails, that's your job. I had the lady put a fake nail on my broken nail, the way she filed it, it's now crooked and it points inward. I definitely will not be returning.

We were quoted and selected $20 pedis and $40 manis but there was an up charge for a simple French tip design that made it $71 somehow? The color was cat eye which requires a magnet before curing to get the desired effect that was not done at all so it just looked like a regular glitter polish. I assume cat eye polish was part of the additional charges, but was not even delivered. The gel x mani was so think and uneven underneath from excess glue, we had to ask to have it drilled to thin it out so it would cover the tip of the fingers AFTER the service was completed and they walked away. They chose a different color than requested for the other mani that used builder gel and cost more without telling us. So much product was used that it burned under the UV for every single finger, which we had never experienced before. The person who was swindled into builder gel was ignored by the nail tech and she kept making faces and not even trying to chat or address concerns during manicure. Then one of us didn't even receive a full pedi with them skipping two steps (only got a pumice with no foot file OR callus shaver) the other receive but charged the same. At check out the bill was shocking, but not just that, the card reader only took $260 so there was a remaining balance. The cashier then said she couldn't run it again so I suggested she close this transaction and create another one for the remaining $35. She said it wasn't possible and argued that we pay cash or use the atm. We didn't have cash or an atm card so this was not an option. After 10 minutes of deliberation, cashier ended up doing exactly what I first recommended, so it wasn't a problem in the first place and was possible the whole time. let's start with she rushed when i got my nails done on sunday the oct 29th she didn't buff my nails i had to come back get my nails buffed. 4 days later my pointer finger cracked just up the middle. friday here came in first thing in the morning. at the last table of the row she sanding down my broken nail so hard i'm pulling my hand away from her!!! it went from my nail being in pain to my whole finger!!! now another lady working on my nail she even more rough with my finger. i'm in so much pain writing this i want to just walk out of here go to modern nails down the road!!!! please don't come here the ladies are rude they will rush your nail will be messed up. or you'll end up with a broken nail like mine. i'm telling you ladies if you haven't experience a broken nail before its like hitting you pinky toe on the corner of the bed. please beware ladies don't waste your time drive out the way. don't come here. read more

I just found this place online and drove over because I really needed my nails and toes done. Even though I went in at 6:25pm and they closed at pm they still were very friendly and took me in. Kim was the one who took care of me and she did an amazing job! I had powder dip on my nails then gel and chrome and regular polish on my toes. She didn't rush me at all even getting started late. She went above and beyond, carrying my things where we needed to go and grabbing polish to match my fingers for my toes and did a very cute design. This was my second time getting a Mani/pedi here. Both visits my nails turned out great and the prices are reasonable. I got a design on my toes this time and it turned out really pretty. The was friendly both times. The massage chairs are awesome. I got there right before 4pm and told the staff i need to be out at a certain amount of time; which ended up being perfect timing since it got busier after my pedicure was finished, but even then it didn't look like a long wait. I recently moved to Austin Texas, and was recommended this nail salon by a friend from UT. When I came in, within 5 minutes i had someone taken great care of me. i usually do fullset and fill but the technician recommended dip, and I absolutely love how my nails turned out. She was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure my first experience here was great, I will definitely be returning and I would recommend. Everyone here is really nice and super friendly. Donna did my Express Pedicure, she took her time to make sure my nails looked good and even fixed one of my broken nails I had from swimming. Kim did my fill for my gel set and really took her time making sure my nails were even and shaped correctly, and kept asking if I liked everything. I paid $71 for both a Gel Fill and the Pedicure which is pretty reasonable seeing Ive spent more than half of that on just a manicure before. Really enjoyed the salon read more

I love this place! I get the SNS nails and they are spectacular! They will last at LEAST three weeks and usually a month. They treat me very well and know my name and always make me feel welcome and pampered. Making an appt. helps with the wait time. Usually I just call and ask for Kim and she fits me in. While in town over the weekend I was looking for a place that accepted walk-ins for a quick manicure. I was greeted by friendly staff and in less than 10 mins I was being tended to. My nails are perfect! I paid $92 though Great atmosphere great service. I got a manicure, clear Acrylic and gel polish. I also got a pedicure with gel polish. They took off gel Polish from my toes and a take off from hands so I'm sure that was extra too. Any who. You get what you pay for. In this situation I got a whole lot done. read more
