We were right next to a la creuset store. She was looking to replace a salt shaker that had broken. They have the salt shaker however they do not sell them individually so we had to buy a new set. Am I way too Paso Robles we stopped at the New outlets and I specifically was looking for Le Creuset store and I was happy to see that they have a new store. as I enter the the associate lady was so welcoming and the store was so organized and colorful. I immediately got drawn to the bread oven section, which I love because I love baking sourdough and buying a few things and the lady even gave me an extra discount for being a regular customer. There's plenty of parking and plenty of other stores to visit. You should stop by anytime. read more

The service was absolutely amazing. Dana made sure I got exactly what I thought my mom would love for a price I could love. Dana stayed as long as I needed and went out of her way to help as I could not return any earlier and wanted to specialize my options in the 5 piece set rather than just go with the automatic online one. This store was great! Small and quiet which made it a peaceful shopping experience. It's an outlet so there's obviously great deals, but head to the back of the store and you'll find a small sale section with additional discounts (20%-50%) off certain items they're trying to phase out or get rid of. The sole employee was really friendly and helpful in answering questions that my wife had. They have lots of items and accessories, so stop by even if you already have Le Cruset cookware. There are spatulas, utensils, mugs, cookbooks and much more! We were just visiting the Tejon Ranch area but I would definitely come back to this store if I'm ever back on a future visit. After a long drive through the Grape Vine this outdoor outlet mall is def worth a stop. I personally stopped just for this store. With half hour left until closing the guy was super friendly and very informative. At first coming in I had no clue as to what I was looking for. I only knew that I was going to walk away with some thing. After asking so many questions, and walking back and forth from front to back looking and touching the many different colors each table and shelf displayed. How do you choose? You just want to walk away with every thing. Since the holidays had just ended and receiving a few pieces I decided I should not get another cast iron before even cooking in the ones I just received. So, I got a ladle, tongs, finger mitts, and a 5.5 qt steamer basket to that would fit nicely in the Darth Vader. The guy helped me pick that out. It's not sold in store anymore at that size, and plus everything was at 40% off. Last day of the sale. Def a stop I will always make from now on. She made it to spend money. Now we have been to other Le Creuset stores and walked in and walked out. It has always been the case of acknowledgment & customer service. Right away we were greeted with a warm smile and a very friendly manner. Rachel is very personable and made us feel very welcome. We loved how easy it was to talk to her. She told us about her dogs and we told her about ours. She was extremely helpful. We wish the people at the ones near us were that customer oriented. We would spend a lot more money in those stores. Funny, we had to drive from the Bay Area to Tejon Ranch to find the perfect customer service. My wife and I casually strolled in here wondering if we could find a Christmas gift for my sister-in-law. We were blown away. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The inventory was also great. It didn't look like a lot, but they had the entire range of Le Creuset goods in just about every color under the sun. Because we came here the day after Black Friday, they were in full holiday mode. Everything was discounted on top of the already reduced prices. We were told the pots we were going to buy were 40% off. When we went to check out, turns out they were 50% off! Can't beat a deal like that! We also asked for gift wrapping. The employee disappeared for a bit of time (we joked that it was going to be like the Mr. Bean scene of 'Love Actually') but when he came out his was holding the most impeccably wrapped gift we had ever scene. There's no way my sister-in-law will think we pulled that job off! In the end, this was one of the best shopping experiences we had at this outlet mall.
