I recently purchased 2.6 gallons of propane and was charged a $4.95 Hazardous Materials Charge. When asked the cashier responded, "this company charges a flat rate standard charge for propane refills". I have been a customer of Western Propane Services for many years. They never charged a Hazardous Materials charge for propane refills. To be clear, I didn't dispose of anything. I brought in my 20 gallon tank for a refill. I highly recommend going elsewhere as this makes the price of propane much higher than it should be. I paid $16.69 for 2.6 gallons of propane. Approximately $6.42 per gallon with their BS fee added. They are also closed on the weekends now. Go elsewhere. U-haul at 7422 Garden Grove Blvd is 1 minute away. They do not charge a Hazardous Materials fee and are competitively priced.

I got a predictably high bid from a large - well known window replacement company. After hearing CDW's annoying ads for about a decade now on KNX-I decided to give them a try. I was so skeptical that CDW would be a better bid that I almost canceled. Glad I didn't. CDW sent a personable, low key-no pressure, knowledgable person. He did a great presentation on the values of upgrading in this particular case, AND the price was 1/3 less than the "other guy". From the signing of the contract, It took four weeks to manufacture product and set installation date. Installation was completed in one day with a team of three installers. They prepped by covering all interior/exterior furniture/ surfaces exposed to possible work dust. They were friendly, worked diligently and answered whatever questions I had without attitude or hesitation during the day. Their attention to detail in the finish/caulking was great. Looks perfect. All I can say is-I am super thrilled with the product, personel, and the installation. It looks beautiful. Huge upgrade for our primary living space. Could not be happier. We are EXTREMELY happy with the results of our project! We used Tinoco to repaint the interior walls, doors, baseboards, built ins, and ceilings in our entire home. They also did an absolutely fantastic job at flooring installation of our luxury vinyl plank flooring, as well as the removal of the existing tile that was in the house previously in some areas. We wanted the project done on a pretty fast timeline and Ray and his team made sure that that happened! They kept in constant communication with us and collaborated with us on our plans, budget, and overall aesthetic choices so that our home truly felt like our home when it was finished--and, I am SO happy to say that it does!!
