Around here, finding a contractor who is dependable, honest, and actually shows up is almost impossible--but Benito is the exception. He responds fast, walks you through what's going on in plain language, and gives you options without pressure or scare tactics. I've used him for both plumbing and water-related repairs, and every time the work has been handled quickly and correctly. When you're dealing with surprise leaks during a storm, that level of reliability matters more than anything. Living in a small mountain town can make homeownership nerve-wracking--especially before weather hits--but I feel so much calmer now knowing he's just a call away.
