He completed the primary items I had for him in less than half his estimated time so I was happy to give him more tasks so he could work the 8 hours he expected to work for the $300. When I offered to give him more work, he became agitated and said "I did everything so pay me the 8 hours!" I told him I could give more tasks to take him to the 8 hrs but if he preferred to leave mid day, I would certainly pay him for his time $35/hr (not $60/hr) he became irate yelling "fu*k you" and pacing very quickly yelling (really loud) "forget it, don't pay me" as he was taking materials outside and coming back in really aggressively. I was shaking. I kept trying to calm him by telling him "of course I'm going to pay you" "please, what is wrong, you are scaring me" "I am really uncomfortable" He continued to yell and pace and at one point walked directly over to me and got in my face. I was terrified. All the time yelling at me and it just didn't make sense. I had my phone and dialed my husbands cell and put my phone face down on the table so he could hear. I was attempting to write his check but I was shaking so bad and I was distracted trying to calm him and just shocked that this was happening. Long story short, my husband raced home because he heard him yelling and carrying on. I was terrified. I did not feel safe. I paid him and when I handed him the check, he shouted "stop shaking!" When he left he said... "go ahead and write a review lady, no ones going to believe you." He left. I did call the cops because it was clear he was not stable. I was scared and I felt it important to share with you so you could make your own conclusions before hiring him etc. The video (watch till end) will give you an idea of his behavior. But i was wrong ! The owner came to my house to diagnose my AC unit for an $88 fee then he replaced a thing here and there and since not everyone is familiar with the AC parts and what not, I agreed to have some parts replaced, a few hundred dollars later. Still nothing works then he says that my unit may need to be replaced or fixed for around $1800. After he left I troubleshooted the AC unit and got it to work, so now I am thinking did I even needed the pieces he repaired? It was a loose wire inside the actual filter area or to be more specific the AC control board. So I will NEVER call this company, it's sad that Tehachapi been such a lovely community and small town, the local businesses don't take care of the locals. We have to rely on companies from Bakersfield or Palmdale.

And I noticed they have VERY SIMILAR names & information!! I'd bet they're from the same people. There was a good size crack in the ceiling that R&R had to repair and then repair the ceiling. When the guy from R&R arrived, my wife and I left out of town. It looks like they put chalking or something over half the crack and then painted the ceiling. When we got back from out of town, there was paint drops on our floors, they did not paint the vents on the ceiling which are now a different color and got paint on our ceiling fan because they did not take it down and just painted around it. Our house smelled like smoke and had to open the windows for the day/night to get the smell out. Ceiling looks good but it's poor how they didn't paint the vents and got paint on the floors and ceiling fan.
