Competent, very reasonable, professional, friendly and delivered. Our septic tank backed up. The driver was on time, tracked down where the lid was located 20" below the ground level and unplugged the problem. He also recommended an additional step and used a root killer to protect the integrity of the leach line. He recommended pumping of the septic every 3-5 years. I asked for a referral to a company that installs septic tank risers. Done. The next pumping will be easy, peasy.

I was waiting for my anger ro calm down a bit to write this review…read more I hired Air Tight Heating & Air after seen the old reviews I thought maybe the company had changed their services for the best. But i was wrong ! The owner came to my house to diagnose my AC unit for an $88 fee then he replaced a thing here and there and since not everyone is familiar with the AC parts and what not, I agreed to have some parts replaced, a few hundred dollars later. Still nothing works then he says that my unit may need to be replaced or fixed for around $1800. After he left I troubleshooted the AC unit and got it to work, so now I am thinking did I even needed the pieces he repaired? It was a loose wire inside the actual filter area or to be more specific the AC control board. So I will NEVER call this company, it's sad that Tehachapi been such a lovely community and small town, the local businesses don't take care of the locals. We have to rely on companies from Bakersfield or Palmdale.

It's been twice now that storms revealed unexpected issues in my home, and both times Benito proved…read morewhy everyone in Frazier Park recommends him. Around here, finding a contractor who is dependable, honest, and actually shows up is almost impossible--but Benito is the exception. He responds fast, walks you through what's going on in plain language, and gives you options without pressure or scare tactics. I've used him for both plumbing and water-related repairs, and every time the work has been handled quickly and correctly. When you're dealing with surprise leaks during a storm, that level of reliability matters more than anything. Living in a small mountain town can make homeownership nerve-wracking--especially before weather hits--but I feel so much calmer now knowing he's just a call away. With another storm on the way, for once I feel genuinely prepared. If you're in Frazier Park or the surrounding area and need someone who stands by their work and treats clients with respect, reach out to Benito. Local, professional, fair, and trustworthy. I recommend him without hesitation. Services I used: * Plumbing repair * Water intrusion troubleshooting and mitigation * Storm-related emergency response

I was so impressed I just had to share! Also I saw two reviews on 4-3-21 stating they never showed or called, I noticed they look ALOT ALIKE.......Mr. & Mrs. Rose run this company with the utmost professionalism & I find it difficult to believe they would miss appointments on the same day, without calling. And I noticed they have VERY SIMILAR names & information!! I'd bet they're from the same people. Mrs. Rose called us twice, they were running late due to traffic issues & she greatly apologized, so I personally think those two terrible reviews are invalid & exaggerated. Just my opinion. Bottom line the team at Robert Rose Home Repair (Robert, Lori, Josh & Branden) are an asset to me.......I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND them & will be hiring them again soon!!!!
