Visiting my mother in law for the holidays, noticed the the tub needed a new trap and shoe, Tony was able too come out the next morning and replaced the trap and shoe, while under the house Tony was able to see that a majority of the pipes needed to be replaced. He fixed a leak for our toilet by changing the wax ring, he didn't apply a sealant after, and he said it's not a standard. It's an extra service we have to ask for. He charged us $29 to replace a bolt and nut. We asked why the upcharge, and he replied "you should've seen how disgusting your toilet flange was" which is unprofessional and rude. read more
