Tried to blame us and we had all the emails that show it was their fault. Now they refuse to come back and fix a soft closing drawer. After they assured us they would. They are not service oriented and make it a very frustrating process. Their workers who do the work are nice, yet seem to work fast, miss things and are a bit sloppy.
