The only constructive criticism I have to offer to T Mobile is that I do wish the employees in the stores had a bit more authority. Every time I go in they have to get on the phone to customer service, who then require that I get on the phone and deal directly with them, which is something I could do from home. I would like a full service staff who can take care of any issues for me, rather than having to deal with the 1-800 number myself.
