None of the credits were ever put back into my account. Since this is a Victra store and not Verizon they don't want to help us fix the problem they created. The "Managers" in this store are non-existent. Jason, Iliana, and Robert the managers will not call you back or answer emails. please keep an eye on your accounts they will add charges for no reason. 4 months later and these issues have not been resolved.

Porting over the 3 from TMobile went smooth, but getting my personal account set up was a three hour ordeal. Katie at this store was very helpful, cordial and professional, but she had a plethora of issues in getting her tech group on the other end of the phone to get things done. Thanks Katie for hanging in there! BTW, The 5 star rating is for Katie, not for the process cause that part sucked.

Horrible customer service. This store never answers the phone so you get transferred to a corporate…read morenumber who can't help. Then the employees are rude while 1 works and 2 sit and do nothing. Store currently has no AC so it's too hot in there. Made an order on the weekend with an employee who said come back Monday. That employee isn't working the next few days and the other employees there just telling us to wait for a call. No one can figure anything or have any answers. Drove 45 mins to be told only half the order came in and we have to come back later... even though we got a call our order was in. (Wife believes they sold our order phones to others) Already starting this whole new account on a bad taste in my mouth. Do better Verizon.

Save yourself the headache from going to the big hardware stores where you find out you need to wait in an endless line for the 1 paint "specialist" available or you find out that 1 person is on their lunch break, when you finally had the moment to get to the store for your project. Pioneer also has stain products. John is going to help me get the right stuff to spruce up my dinged kitchen cabinets. I can't wait. It's worth every penny to get exactly what you need in one trip and when you are able to know you will have help the moment you walk in the store.
