Drove 45 mins to be told only half the order came in and we have to come back later... even though we got a call our order was in. Ultimately, my phone was not repaired, and I was left with no option but to replace the device. Based on my experience, along with similar concerns reflected in other customer reviews, I will be recommending that AT&T reconsider its partnership with uBreakiFix for phone repair services. Customers are paying for insurance coverage yet receiving poor service and, in many cases, no resolution--falling short of the level of service being paid for and expected.
