There were multiple service attempts to fix the issue, but nothing was ever fully resolved. I was in contact with Sean, who admitted something might be wrong with the unit and scheduled a replacement -- but the technician showed up without all the necessary parts. After yet another failed attempt, I requested the unit be removed. Instead of honoring that and issuing a refund for a system that hasn't worked since day one, they denied the refund and continued showing up without the proper equipment. This has been a string of unkept promises, poor service, and no accountability. I would strongly caution anyone considering Rayne Water. I expected a functioning system and professional service -- I received neither.
