It was originally scheduled for Friday, March 20, 2020. However, without warning it was further pushed back to Tuesday, March 24th, 2020. Keep in mind that I only know this because I called their customer care department, no one bothered to contact me. I did finally receive an email on Monday the 23rd saying that my first delivery would be the following day. Great! I was excited to finally receive my order. But no, once again the delivery driver did not show, no call, no notice of any kind. I again called the customer service department only to find out that the delivery manager, Jason, had canceled my account. This was too much, and the customer care associate I spoke to didn't even have the courtesy to apologize. Now, I am told that it will be another week before my water is delivered. I understand that the Covid-19 has everyone scrambling to meet customer's needs, but there is no excuse for the way my account has been handled. I have a request to talk to the Route Manager, but I doubt they will even bother to call me back. I will be sending as many complaints to as many departments as I can find. If this is the way you run your business, I want to make sure as little people as possible are affected by your lack of professionalism. Update: I decided that Sparkletts was not the company for me, so I decided to go with another company. When i called to cancel my order and account entirely, I was told that my account was already pending cancellation. It amazes me that customer service these days is in such dire need of an overhaul, but this is the worst response to a complaint I have ever received. It would be nice if a company's customer representatives can be counted on to follow instructions. I am sure I will update again, because I have a feeling things work backwards at this company and I will be receiving my water soon, lol.

It failed to drain as it should and eventually started producing green and yellow-tinted water throughout my home. There were multiple service attempts to fix the issue, but nothing was ever fully resolved. I was in contact with Sean, who admitted something might be wrong with the unit and scheduled a replacement -- but the technician showed up without all the necessary parts. After yet another failed attempt, I requested the unit be removed. Instead of honoring that and issuing a refund for a system that hasn't worked since day one, they denied the refund and continued showing up without the proper equipment. This has been a string of unkept promises, poor service, and no accountability. I would strongly caution anyone considering Rayne Water. I expected a functioning system and professional service -- I received neither. "Here are attached pictures yellow water is with water softening system running clear water is when they set it to bypass" - Also there technicians and system was showing a house leak they told me it could not be the unit and I had to call a plumber, after calling plumber it was proven to be the defective unit in which they refused to pay service visit call.

The installation guys were excellent. The old pipes were not helpful and needed replacement. They work longer to get it all working. They tested our system before install and stated with all the arsenic and hard water we would need extra salts and more regular service than a standard system. We were on salt delivery and they showed up once in 6 months. Our skin feels horrible the water stinks they don't service nor supply salt regularly. I watched the install and it took less than 3 hrs and they want to sub charge 6,000$ for an early removal. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Lynette needs to go get A job at Taco Bell where attitudes and disrespect are expected! I would fire a mouth piece like that in a heartbeat! I will update their absolutely disgusting install job later today! Only an owner with no other options would allow two years of the same complaints against his staff, that is either neglect or incompetence in every aspect! Every time a technician comes out, there's always "another issue" or "another part" needed. Nothing actually gets resolved. It feels like a constant loop designed to delay rather than fix the problem. The office staff is just as concerning. The customer service is extremely unprofessional--dismissive, unhelpful, and at times outright disrespectful. Instead of focusing on actually fixing the issue, they constantly try to push me into buying a completely new, expensive unit. What really crossed the line is how obvious the sales pressure is. When they can't make a sale, their attitude shifts--and at times it even feels like they're laughing it off, which is completely inappropriate given the situation. I've also been told parts are "unavailable," yet I've found the same parts online for half the price. That raises serious concerns about honesty and transparency. On top of that, their position in the Central Valley feels like a monopoly. With limited competition, it seems like they have the power to upsell services, inflate costs, and push unnecessary replacements instead of offering real solutions. That imbalance shows in how customers are treated. At this point, I've had to escalate the issue directly to the manufacturer because something clearly isn't right. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience has been exhausting, expensive, and completely avoidable with a company that actually values its customers.
