Our technician was Nate. He is so friendly, knowledgeable, works quickly, and answered my questions. Then today our sink was leaking and it was the garbage disposal that went bad. He replaced it so quickly!! I really like the fact that I had the same technician because sometimes that's stressful having strangers in your house. But this was stress free! Never told me and the disposal chewed it up later. The second guy came by with the correct part but couldn't get the old part out. He gave up and said I needed a new faucet. He also mistakenly turned off the feed to the dishwasher and failed to turn it back on. We didn't catch that until we ran a full dishwasher cycle and found out the unit ran with no water! This may have consequences down the road! The third guy came out with a small spring which had nothing to do with the repair(?!!!)I guess he didn't get the memo! By that time I just wanted my faucet installed. He Promised to return the next day. He left and never came back. There were two more appointments to replace the faucet. Both times they didn't show up. No communication at all as to the missed appointments. Unprofessional service to say the least. These guys were assigned to me by my Home Warranty service. They refunded my money on this service, and apologized for the inconvenience, but I question how well they vet their contractors. I will avoid Honest Plumbers for any plumbing service.

Did find a capacitor that was failing and replaced. Charged for the part only. Used them again to replace the water pressure gauge on our home system. No charge this time as they had an older one on the truck and I told them it was fine to use it (only difference was it wasn't as shiny or expensive as brand new). HPS isn't the cheapest but they are absolutely reliable and the office staff and pros are friendly and professional!

They came out again and this time used a camera to go into the main pipe and found a larger issue (collapsed pipe). We were told it would be up to 72 hours for an estimate. It took over a week to just get an estimate, despite calling multiple times (this was an emergency issue, our pipe had collapsed and our bathrooms kept overflowing with sewage water). In the meantime, we decided to contact another company, Hometown Plumbing. They came to our house within 22 hours, provided an estimate on the spot, and returned Monday morning to complete major work and pipe replacement. Meanwhile, we just heard back from HPS TODAY, over 10 days after the initial issue, and their quote was $6,000 higher than what we paid Hometown Plumbing. We are glad we didn't wait around and found a superior company to get the job done.
