I used them a few times and every time they communicated great, were on time, always did the job well and were courteous and did not charge a tonne of money. The last time they did a service for me, they accidently made an brown bubble in tub/shower surround. They said they will fix it free of charge. In less than a month, Mark and John replaced the whole surround, with no extra money charged. They basically gave my bathroom a brand new look. John the plumber took a job they couldn't do. I am trying to sell my house and needed my septic inspected. They came without letting us know, we were out of town and they started digging up our front yard. They left a pile of dirt with boards on it and said someone will come by soon to do the inspection and pump the tank. My yard has looked horrible and we have been showing the home to potential buyers they kept telling me that they outsource their pumping it's "not their fault"then don't take the job if you can't finish the job.This should have been a one day job it has turned into a month long ordeal. The job was done correctly, but they have no eye for detail. None of the pipes were straight that were exposed in the garage. looks like an amateur did the job. After returning to fix the lines that were routed wrong in the attic their fix for not being straight or level was to put black insulation on it. read more

Thank God for John the Plumber he came to my husband and my rescue when our propane line developed a significant leak and needed replacing. After our propane people Delta Energy came out and checked the reason we had no hot water because in 4 years we have never ran out of propane. I had a new heating system put in and there were some problems with the piping in my home so the gas co turned off gas to my heater. I called John the Plumber and he came over very quickly for an initial check. He knew I was without heat so came 2 days later on a Saturday to help me out and get my heat back on. Used John back 11years ago, and he was fair, fast and honest. We then hired him to convert our appliances to natural gas, install all new faucets and fixtures in our home. He was here for three straight days and then finished up around his other customers. The work was excellent, 5he price fair and the house ready when we needed it to be. We recently had the chance to hire them again, had a leak in the water line to a swamp cooler. Another local company was up in the attic and did not mention it, or come to fix it when I called. No customer service from them, so I called John. They were here earlier than expected and fixed the problem correctly the first time. It is easy in Cal City to get screwed by contractors. Not, I repeat not from John the Plumber and his outstanding crew. John, has taken the time to train his people in the art of customer service and completing the task right the first time. Kudos to him. Damn straight, I will hire them again. Wish I never tried another company. So, hired them again. Our water heater was leaking, Mark came out verified and gave us a quote Next day install, but wait I say. We had it moved to the garage. New water line and gas line too. No problem, the amount of work put in by Mark and Matt was incredible. The attention to detail. Strapping the water heater to brick, and all the piping too. Everything done over and above our expectations. John came made sure things were to his standards. Really wonderful job. Everything was double tested after they finished. They were not leaving until it met John the Plumber quality work. It does Not easy to get excited by plumbing work. But we sure are happy we went with. Okay, tried to change the shutoff valve under the kitchen sink. On a Sat no less. Got the piece on and no water, yes I turned the knob... John was in Cal City, dropped by at 5pm turned one thing and that was that. Gave me great advice, don't fix stuff over the weekend and left. Under 5 minutes and again thrilled with the customer service. Okay needed to upgrade the gas supply line to our garage. We added a high efficiency furnace, and needed more volume. John came out and installed a 1" supply. More than enough for our needs. John uses Wardflex pipe and fittings, they cost more, but the thought of having "cheaper gas line" just doesn't make me all tingly. Knowing that a true pro installed the best material in our home where my loved ones sleep. Yeah, peace of mind. That makes me tingly. read more

I had a leak in a pipe underground near the water main to my house. I was severely stressed about the situation, but I contacted John The Plumber and he sent one of his guys out and he found the leak and got it repaired. He was very professional and did a great job.
