He ran the hose through our system, and realized that it wasn't a clog that we needed to have our septic tank pumped. He immediately diagnosed the problem, and was knowledgeable and courteous. A pipe under our mobile home broke and was spewing water everywhere last night, a sunday,(07-10-16). We shut off our water at the main and the next morning at 8:00 am we called Tehachapi plumbing. The phone was answered immediately and after telling the man our problem he said someone would be out by midmorning. At 2:00 pm we were desperate, no water for 18+ hours, not so much as a phone call from this company to explain why they were late. No apology when we called, just an excuse about trying to fit us in,at that point we found a plumber who would respond immediately, and fixed our problem by 4:00 pm. If your going to run an honest business, don't lie about a response time, and if your having an issue meeting timelines make a phone call to the customer. I called Tehachapi Plumbing to help me find the septic tank on my property. Everyone was very nice/friendly etc. Dino stopped by and while using the snake with a sensor on it plotted out the sewer line to the septic tank. Over 2 hours later and needing to stop by the shop for another length of snake he said your septic tank is here and painted the ground to pin point it. Problem was he wasn't close, where he said the sensor was 10-17 feet down was over 15 feet away from the actual septic tank. It took me 2 days of digging with a shovel and finally using my backhoe to find the septic tank. Had he done the job correctly the snake would have unblocked the sewer line, the main problem and why we called, and I wouldn't have had to called 2 more plumbers to finally fix the problem. read more
