Ray and his team did an amazing job assessing the needs of our home, budget, time constraints, as well as consistently communicating with us during the process of our remodel. We are EXTREMELY happy with the results of our project! We used Tinoco to repaint the interior walls, doors, baseboards, built ins, and ceilings in our entire home. They also did an absolutely fantastic job at flooring installation of our luxury vinyl plank flooring, as well as the removal of the existing tile that was in the house previously in some areas. We wanted the project done on a pretty fast timeline and Ray and his team made sure that that happened! But out of all the quotes I got, they were the second best/fairest. This was complex residential job with a high volume living room space ( 20' ceiling ) that first involved wall finishers to skim coat walls and ceilings to smooth out all surface textures followed by the painting. My wife and I recently decided to renovate our really big living room that was outright dated and ugly; it had a lot of old popcorn sprayed basically all over the ceiling, which also randomly covered a very large big wood beam that goes across the whole living room. Which is for the best because if this is how they treat a customer when services are requested , i cant imagine having a good experience with a company that treats customers this way. Great service, I had a major electrical repair including a giant hole in my wall, from the exterior to the interior. Tinoco painting not only had the lowest estimate, but they were able to fit me in right away. Tinoco painting did a good job when it was all said and done. However, we did contact Ray with lil issues as we saw them. We found painted spider webs and a painted black widow spider. Ray was already talking about putting the extra paint back in his stock when they were not even finished painting. He was not planning on adding more paint to our house when it clearly needed it. He tried to tell us that he gave us a discount on the paint and that any leftover paint belong to him. He said he overestimated the amount of paint our house would need. There were several other little issues and he yelled at my husband for bringing those issues up saying that we were nitpicking everything. My husband hung up on him because he was not going to allow Ray to yell at him. Our single story house took 9 days (not counting the weekend) to paint. One of our neighbors even stopped to ask if Tinoco painting abandoned the job because it took so very long. No problem with his employees, they were kind and professional. I saw Tinoco's great reviews on Yelp and contacted them online through the Yelp app. Around 11am on Monday, June 3, I was contacted by Ray, the owner. By 1pm that same day, Ray and I had settled on a price for the job and he had a crew at my house beginning the prep work. By 6pm on Wednesday, June 5, the job was completed. His painters were very professional and friendly. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. They showed up on time and ready to work. He had 2 painters and the one that did the white outer cabinets was terrible but the other one that painted the island did an excellent job.
