The unit was working fine, but they had basically played demolition derby with the unit, putting huge gashes and gouges in the stainless steel doors. Plus, I don't know what they did, but the buttons on the icemaker/ water dispenser in the door were basically ripped off/ gouged. I reached out to Keystone to see if Mario could come out and try to get some of the dents out and replace the panel for the buttons. Mario wrote back and asked for photos, plus the model info, which I sent over. He then got ahold of me and said he had an idea. While he probably could get some of the dents out, it wouldn't be perfect-- and between the labor to do the dents and the cost to replace the panel, it would be quite a lot for a result that would only be ok. So instead, he found a salvage of the same model, bought the doors, and swapped them out for us. The cost was less than the repair would have been and the result was infinitely better. Oh, and he did all of this from start to finish in like, 2 days. AMAZING. I am so grateful to Mario and will definitely be saving his info for future issues that pop up. It is so refreshing to find a reliable, trustworthy, professional, and kind appliance repair tech--- and especially one like Mario who is willing to find creative solutions for his customers. 10 stars if possible! Our fridge issue seems to be a bit of a mystery, but he did what he could before taking a step onto something much more expensive. He didn't rush us into a new fridge, or an expensive service-- he tried a simple solution, and is having us follow up with him once we see if it worked. Of course, this was after he knew we had other food storage options (that mini fridge from college will come in handy, kids!), and could work with his plan. We purchased a washer, dryer and a fridge. The items are priced so you can see what the deals are and how much percentage can be taken off. (10% in most cases) We got 15% off based on buying 3 high end items. The workers are not on commission, they must produce and share bonuses. The prices are not bargain basement but very competitive to other appliance stores and we did have great, patient, friendly service. Our guy was very knowledgeable with 35 years experience so it made our trip in all that much better. We have confidence in what we bought. If you want to settle for a floor model, (scratch and dent), there is a lot of choice at this store. Look for the yellow tags. The appliances range from lower end to high end but no junk. Something for everyone with all budgetary needs. Free delivery in town. Free connections with free standing appliances. (NOT dishwashers, built in ovens, microwaves) A bit of a bummer there. It is about $100 for hook ups where they hire someone and send them out (sub contracted workers) Collect Buy Buy reward points. Also, apparently come on Black Friday for the BEST deals. Keep an eye out for rebates, certain appliances will give you money off your utility bill. (mail in with PG&E) Also, if the item goes on sale within 15 days, you can get a refund back to your credit card. YOU have to keep an eye on this though. Visit the store after your purchases, it could be worth the drive. All in all, a good experience and we will return for the other 4 items we need. Would recommend to all to go in and have a look. Not everything is stainless steel, you can get white, black, red. I love the mock kitchens to give you an idea of how things would look. They did a great job setting this up!

( my mistake I knw ) . I live in Delano ca they were charging $300 fee to deliver them. I decided to pick them up . When I got home they didn't fit . It was late at night to reach back to them I waited next morning to contact them they said they'll let the manager know the whole day goes by no answer . The following day goes he reaches back to say they'll charge a %30 off to return them , !!!!! and will give a credit of $1,300 out of $1,840 I payed for . How unprofessional this furniture store is !!! Wanted $500 for free ! When the couches are brand new ! So I have been wanting a Speed Queen set for 2 years. I am an esthetician and do a TON of spa…read morelaundry for my business. I did all the research on washers and dryers and it all pointed in the same direction... SPEED QUEEN. My husband got them for me this Christmas. It was delivered the week after. I was so excited! When I went to turn on the dryer it was making a loud banging noise. I immediately called my husband (who was at work at the fire station) and told him what was going on. He called URNERS and got the run around. We finally got a technician out in late January. He said it was the rollers and they needed to be replaced. ON A BRAND NEW MACHINE. Not only that, we splurged and got the TOP OF THE LINE MODEL in matte black. The most expensive set THEY SELL! So February comes and finally the next technician comes out to replace said rollers and guess what? ITS NOT EVEN THE CORRECT DIAGNOSIS! The dryer drum was bent! Now we have to wait for the new drum to get ordered and schedule to have that replaced. We have called Urners and asked for a new unit multiple times. We have asked to speak with a manager or supervisor. NOTHING. Can't even get someone to call us back to tell us to kick rocks. It's just disheartening when you save and save and splurge on the highest quality and then get this kind of outcome and get treated this way. The customer service from Urners really blows and I'll be notifying speed queen on the situation as well. Super BIG freaking bummer Urners.
