I was incredibly impressed and scheduled him to replace it that day. He immediately ordered the system and kept me informed through the entire process. On the day of installation, he arrived on time, and replaced the entire HVAC in very little time (outdoor compressor and indoor furnace and everything!), he even hauled away the old HVAC and cleaned up after himself, which I felt was just above and beyond. Great professionalism and service. I have had this HVAC in for 3 months with no issues and it even connects to my Google Home! Great service!

I waited and made several attempts to contact him, but he never showed up and never gave me the courtesy of letting me know that he was no longer coming. What was especially disappointing was that my messages were being read, but I received no response. I understand that things happen and schedules can change, but communication is extremely important when you are running a business. A simple message or phone call saying he couldn't make it would have been enough. I had also recommended Jose to other people, and they experienced the same difficulty trying to reach him. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can no longer recommend his services. I'm sharing this review not out of anger, but because I believe customers deserve professionalism, honesty, and basic communication.
