My husband will tell you that this place can be dangerous because I can find tons of things I never knew I needed but it's also great to find that one odd thing you were looking for and usually at a better price than even online retailers. My latest endeavor included being on the hunt for restaurant style taco holders (you know the metal ones that zig zag). I could not find these in any store and Amazon had them but outrageously priced. Not only did they have them but they also had several sizes. I went with the 2-3 taco size and my husband loved them. I was also needing some soup spoons and I love that they have tons of styles and you can by just want you need by the dozen. Have you lost a few spoons to the evil garbage disposal???? Well you can replace them here! I did get a different style than I order so I need to go back and exchange them but still a great deal. Truly if you need anything for your kitchen check here first, you won't regret it.

Absolutely terrible customer service, communication, professionalism and care for their customers. communicating with this company was difficult as anytime you call it seems the person you're looking for is never around. Then emails take days to be responded. My overall frustration grew when I would arrive home one day to see the lumber order from them completely in the middle of my driveway. Not a simple call ahead was given to give us time to prepare or instructions on where to leave the material. I called Tim Hernandez the representative who was helping me and he was not helpful and told me I will have to figure it out on my own. Brian the manager was just as unreliable and is simply one of the worst persons I've encountered in dealing with a customer.
