Unfortunately, that goodwill was not returned. We attempted to purchase a STIHL HTA 50 pole pruner that was clearly tagged on the product itself for $349.99. At checkout, the store refused to honor the posted price and then removed the tag when questioned about it. Mistakes happen, but customer service and accountability matter. Ironically, most major retailers would likely have honored the posted price without argument. Disappointing experience from a business we specifically chose to support because it was locally owned.

We came to this Home Depot intentionally so we can have breakfast at The Huevo House. We needed blinds for two of our rooms. We already knew what type of blinds we wanted so we went to the area where the blinds are and waited. We did have to track someone down but we didn't wait too long. When we finally did get someone to help us to cut the blinds down to size she was quick and kind. I have to mention the seasonal decorations. I can just come to Home Depot during Christmas and look, the decorations are adorable! I also have to mention the flowers and plants at Home Depot. The gardens are so beautiful and I love to walk around the garden section and just admire and maybe even get a new flower or succulent.
