I didn't consider to write a review about what I experienced here for a long time because I didn't have such a good experience about it, but it recently came up in a conversation and an unhygienic news story remind of it, so I feel the need to share. A few months back, the day before my Birthday on March 4th, I ordered a savory crepe and added a turkey sausage in it that turned out to be frozen cold. I wasn't sure it was supposed to be like that, so I had my boyfriend taste it and he said it was definitely not supposed to be like that, so he took it up the register and the lady microwaved it and it came out steaming hot. My boyfriend didn't tell me until after I've eaten it that apparently when he inquired, the lady TOUCHED IT to see if what we inquired about the frozen turkey being true before microwaving it. I felt really cringy and grossed out after hearing that, but decided to kind of forget about it and not write a review here, because I didn't want to bash on anyone's business or anything since the drink, food that we got, like the sweet crepes and whatever waffle thing my boyfriend got was actually really good. The savory crepe I got would've been good too if the turkey sausage hadn't been frozen. However, reflecting back, I felt like I should've wrote a review here to at least bring awareness to the Business owner and workers here to not repeat the same mistake to other customers again. It's very unhygienic and unsanitary to touch a customer's food and microwaving a customer's already a little bit eatened food that I'm not sure was even used to prepare other people's food.. I feel like they should've made an entirely new crepe for us and maybe could've microwaved the turkey sausage separately to make sure they don't come out frozen again before sticking it in the crepe or just let us order something new to replace it or something. Anyway, i felt like the beginning of my Birthday weekend was kinda ruined by that experience and haunting me every now and then thinking about it that I should probably write about it. Hopefully they've improved since then or they can learn from this review. I'd just advise to other yelpers to not add the turkey sausage because of my experience or check on it before eating it. read more

I loved how the vibes in this cafe that you can work and eat outside where you see the view! I got the pesto chicken flatbread, special Belgian crepe and caramel frappe to satisfy the meal! I loved seeing how the crepes were made! You can get the crepe either sweet or savory! The service here is good because the food and drinks comes out quickly! What a cool little shop! It's a cute place in the middle of the park. They have great presentation of the food and the food taste delicious. I got the grilled buffalo chicken flatbread and the sushi (strawberry and bannana) crepe. It was perfect for brunch. The sushi crepe had perfect sweetness and was pure joy. They have outdoor tables and small indoor seating area. It's super convenient to grab food here and eat in the park. The drinks is also refreshing for a hot summer day. Service was quick. read more

I come here a lot at night because it's one of the few coffee places open late in the area. It's a great vibe, a large green area, well lit with a lot of seating. Coffee is good if you know what you're ordering. Only thing is parking can be pretty hard. read more

The service here was amazing! Even though it was busy, the worker with the earrings was so friendly and welcoming, and he handled orders really fast. My coffee was made perfectly, and the Dubai Chocolate Strawberries were excellent, they packed plenty of sauces, not stingy at all like other cafés in the area. This cafe is located next to a nice park. Seating is limited inside, but there is plenty of tables and chairs outside where you can enjoy yourself. There is a decently sized menu with sweet and savory crepes, flatbreads, waffles, and drinks. I had the buffalo chicken flatbread and that was really good. The Belgian crepe was so nice and chocolatey, but my favorite was the Mixed Berry Soda. It was perfect and refreshing and gave me the perfect "ahhh". Staff was friendly and attentive. Service also was smooth and did not wait long for anything. I am definitely excited to come back to try other menu items. read more

Great little spot within The Park community! It's so convenient having an early opening/late closing cafe right in the heart of the complex. My husband and I stopped by here because it was within walking distance from our hotel and none of the other coffee shops around the area were open yet (Sunday morning). I'm glad that we stopped by here because the lattes we ordered were decent and it wasn't too busy. I think my husband's lotus latte was better than my caramel latte, which was caramel-y at first but tasted like a regular latte once I got in the middle of it. The coffee shop itself is pretty cute inside and there are a lot of places to sit and eat, in addition to doing some work or read a book. The location itself is within an apartment complex which we thought looked really nice until we read reviews of multiple people complaining about dog poop and car tires stolen (lol). Anyway, I would gladly come here again if we're staying close by. read more

The latte was so good, the view is nice and open, the outside patio is nice and peaceful and gated. I sat in a shaded spot and there was a nice breeze. My dogs got to look out into the dog park nearBy. My crepe was good, the fruit looked fresh but the strawberries seemed a bit...i dont know some of them tasted like an old wet rag. The chocolate hid it somewhat. They have a new flatbread called zatar sp? . It looks really good. Ive tried zatar seasoning on a hot pita before. Wanting to try it next time. It was so lovely to sit and watch the kids playing. It made us miss our childhood--a nice little spot with good coffee. We got the Spanish latte. Yummy. The waffle was good but we completely underestimated the amount of melt chocolate "drizzle." It's drowned in it. Lol most won't complain since it's a large quantity but I just wanted a drizzle. I found this place on Door Dash while craving dessert. The banana split was so incredible. The ice cream tastes homemade and I loved the chocolate syrup and caramel. The perfect amount! We also had the berry crepe. They didn't skimp on the berries, it was covered in berries and looked just like the picture. The strawberry jelly on the crepes was a little too sweet for me, but I also rarely eat dessert. My fiancé loves dessert and thought it was amazing and the right amount of sweetness. Went in for a couple drinks today. Both were not good. The smoothie was way too sugary, and my iced latte was definitely an iced coffee, not a latte. Unfortunately, I didn't try the drinks before I left. The biggest problem was I'm pretty sure the barista added her own tip in during checkout. When I saw the screen pop up for gratuity, she quickly pushed buttons on her end to checkout and didn't offer me a receipt nor did the screen give an option for one since she cleared it out. So, my two bad drinks, one of which was incorrect, cost me $16 and ended up in the garbage. Very disappointing. read more

Sitting, in Le Cafe, Du Parc, waiting for you, sha la la la. Yes I'm sitting here, waiting for you my dear with our time drawing near. Now we're ready to begin, a tasty adventure with devilish sin. I started off with the salmon special on a crepe that came with crème fresh on smoked salmon with capers and little green onions drizzled with honey mustard dill sauce. Now I didn't think this would work but it sure did and was pleased to start off. Next I ordered their sushi crepe and Belgian special. Both came out eye pleasing and loaded with triple chocolate! Oh man! This was such a perfect foodie adventure with both the sweet and savory I had to chalk this one up in the Mouthgasm category. To complete the triple treat I had the chai latte and sampled a little bit or their cold brew. Wow everything just worked and the view of the lush park made the experience so much better. What a crazy time to be back at my old apartment complex, The Park Apartments in Irvine. I remember when I used to take my dogs to the dog park they have and there was an empty, small, building and now they have turned it into a cute cafe with so many options. They have sweet and savory options from crepes, waffles, flatbreads, pancakes, and smoothies and coffee. Definitely a cute spot with tables right outside to enjoy the beautiful view of the complex and a nice big lawn which is relaxing to look at. I definitely ordered something I would never get usually but I was in the mood to be different. I ordered the salmon crepe and the bbq chicken flatbread. Both were yummy and the salmon crepe was definitely something that was fresh to eat and very light. Their chai was very yummy too and I don't normally drink chai but this had a smooth taste. I definitely want to go back to get their waffle ice cream sandwich and their breakfast waffle with egg and turkey bacon. read more

This place won me over because they use Belgian chocolate! They have two chocolate fountains they use for the chocolate. I wish I could take one home all for myself. Ha! We ordered a Belgian chocolate iced drink, special Belgian crepe and fried chicken flatbread. I really liked the quality chocolate - it does make everything taste better. The fried chicken was good. I love sweets so I'd go for the crepes over the flatbread. If you get there before 8am, just note the bathroom is not ready. This cafe is conveniently located among the apartment complex and next to a quiet park with lots of trees and plants around that is 5mins away from Irvine Spectrum Center. My friend and i purposedly visited this cafe so we could enjoy a relaxing afternoon by their outdoor patios My friend and i decided to order their Sushi Crepes which consist of banana wrapped crepes with strawberry, nutella and white chocolate toppings on top. This crepes were so unique and delicious. I really loved how the cut this up in bite sizes that was perfect for sharing We also ordered their Fried Chicken Waffles that was served with their house sauce and freshly made waffles. Of course desserts wouldnt be perfect without drinks so I also got a Iced Caramel Latte and my friend ordered the Iced Spiced Chai. We both really enjoyed our drinks, especially in this hot summer weather. This is a darling little cafe in the middle of an upscale apartment complex. Parking is limited and most spots are limited to an hour. They have several seats indoors and a small wrap-around patio for outdoor seating. Prices are on the higher side (but then it seems that everything is these days). The chocolate items we've tried (waffle and crepes) are good. The iced latte I got was just so-so. My son ordered the mango smoothie and he really enjoyed it. It's a cute place to meet up with friends. For those with dogs, there is a designated dog park right next door. And if you have kids, there's a huge grassy lawn sprawling out front as well as a playground on the (far) other end of the square. read more

Not sure how this place gets anything above three stars. It's extremely average in my opinion. It's located inside "The Park" apartment complex and has a nice view of the courtyard, but that's about it. I only came here because I was waiting to meet someone, and it was the closest place to get something to eat. I ordered a bagel sandwich with turkey, egg, and cheese. Very boring and so typical. They could've added some unique sauce or something to make it stand out, but there wasn't anything special. The nitro coffee was ok but didn't have much of that "nitro" texture. First time I had nitro coffee was at Aroma Craft in Walnut, which had a beer-like texture with light carbonation. The one here was rather flat. Not sure why I'm even reviewing this place. I feel bored writing this review so I will just end it here. read more

You order through a kiosk and take your seat. It's a cute little area in the center of a nearby park with a bunch of apartments. Pretty nice seating area too with phone chargers on the inside. I felt the service the day I came in was a bit off, I was getting a weird vibe while I was there. Ordered a turkey sausage add on for my creamy crepe pocket to find out it was still ice cold when I took a bite in it. When I got it "heated up" it came out just completely nuked in the microwave with steam flowing all over. Not the optimal experience unfortunately because the food actually tasted great. I'm assuming I just came on an off day. Also would be nice for the servers to call the names of the people for the orders rather than just the food names. It's confusing to pickup your order when I've never been here before and they just name out only the dish names. Parking also is kind of limited. Cute little coffee shop situated within The Park apartment complex. We randomly discovered this spot on Yelp and wanted to take our little pug out for a little adventure. Parking here is tricky. We came around noon on a Saturday so we snagged a spot along the 1 hour parking. We never intended to stay for more than an hour anyway. As for the cafe, it's right beside a huge grassy area and a dog park. There's an outdoor patio too, which is very spacious. The cafe offers plenty of delicious beverages, pastries, and desserts like crepes. We ended up each getting their Belgian chocolate latte. The lattes are a bit pricey, a little over $7 with tax. They were very indulgent, but not heavy on the caffeine. I thought it was delicious but hubby thought it was too sweet. Nonetheless, an awesome spot to grab a small treat! read more

Half size is definitely good for one person but I can see the full size being shared by two. A little bit too much mint but it was all eaten! I also ordered a dirty chai with oat and a splash of vanilla and it complemented the spices very well. Parking during the day was limited given its location is in a private apartment homes village so be wary. There is seating inside the cafe and outside. There is also the convenience in mobile and kiosk ordering but a cashier is also there to take your order. Their menu offers pastries, savory items, and chocolate covered strawberries! This is a super cute little cafe in the Park Spectrum community right next to the park and dog park. They have French themed food like macaroons and chocolate dipped fruits, waffles, and flatbreads. It's a nice place to get a small bite and sit in the shade near the view of the park. The price is a little more than you would think it's worth for the regular quality of the food. So happy we found this place. My friend and I both live in Irvine, but we used to drive all the way to Chocofruit Anaheim location until we recently found out that they have a location in Irvine. We recently went and the crepes are just amazing and delicious. This little cafe is super cute and even the box our crepes came in. Such warm and friendly people too. The name is French and it feels like a tiny French bistro in Paris. There is a young Middle Eastern gentleman who is likely the owner and is incredibly earnest, thoughtful and informative.
