I received the drink very quickly, with a short wait for the sandwich. While waiting, one member of the staff stocking up supplies on the side started chatting with me and then she offered to check up on my sandwich. She came out with it shortly thereafter. She was very friendly and helpful. The sandwich held up well during my 15-minute commute to the office. It is a really indulgent sandwich, with each bite revealing the sweetness and butteriness of the maple crueller, the saltiness of the thick cut bacon, and the savoriness of the cheese and the eggs as the yolks popped. I sipped the cold brew in between bites to cut the richness. It was a very satisfying meal. The Lumberjack is not something I would recommend you eat every day, but it's good as an occasional treat. The signage is poor and ideally before people get in line, it should be clear what is available or not. There are tiny paper print outs for ice cream flavors visible in select places on the wall. When the line was snaking around I had to ask someone if I could see a copy of the menu and take a photo on my phone so I could review. When I got to the cashier I asked for a recommendation based on the few flavors that were left. She had no helpful input about the chocolate or the red flag sweet cream and when I asked what size corresponded to what price (since it was not labeled) she seemed to roll her eyes and responded. I chose the red flag sweet cream ice cream, which was supposed to have strawberry swirl and graham crackers but it didn't seem to have much of that noticeable at all. The positive about the scoops is that two toppings are included - and the panna whipped cream is good.
