Such a cute little coffee shop tucked on a corner -- the perfect cozy stop during a New York morning. I ordered a lavender latte, and it was delicious: smooth, fragrant, and not overly sweet. Their menu has great options, and I love that they offer food as well, making it easy to grab a full breakfast or a quick bite. Service was warm and friendly, which made the experience even better. If you're in the area and want a charming spot with good drinks and good vibes, Blue Spoon Coffee is definitely worth checking out!

Tiny little cafe with a big breakfast menu. Big portions with good ingredients. Egg, Cheddar, Pork Sausage Sandwich: If you're ravenous at breakfast, this is the sandwich for you! Two pork sausage patties and two eggs! A soft bun and lots of cheese. I actually felt this was a tad too porky for me, since there was a texture/flavor imbalance where I didn't get to truly appreciate the other ingredients. But it was great to keep full until a late lunch.

Great location in FiDi. Kind of small but made it very cozy especially as the weather has started to get colder. The sandwich was pretty great and the coffee was delicious. The staff was very helpful in helping us decide what to eat as well. We were in town for a few days and went every morning.

Get the chicken dumpling soup. Pricey but delicious. It's loaded with white meat chicken and dumplings. And the broth is just so creamy. Love it.

Kind service and great prices at Blue Spoon. I had a Cold Brew and my friend had the Cinnamon Maple latte and both were delicious!! I also had the breakfast sandwich with bacon on everything which was piping hot and perfect with a side of hot sauce. Will be back to Blue Spoon!

Was in the area looking for a nice coffee spot to relax before catching my way home and stumbled upon Blue Spoon Coffee. The Food: Got myself a iced coffee for this visit. Coffee was good and straightforward. Not too sweet or too bitter. The Service: Service was fast and the staff here were friendly! The Atmosphere: Nice and small coffee shop. Spacious enough to loiter a bit and have a cup of coffee or pastry. And clean as well. Overall, a 4/5. Very nice spot to get a quick cup of coffee or to relax. Recommend stopping by if you have a chance.

Right around the corner... Who knew how cosy the Financial District is!! We wandered her around the corner finding smiling faces and great coffee. I had an egg plate and some bacon, hit the spot. Hot coffee.... always nice. Sat outside!

great cortado, solid breakfast sandwich. coffee is done well, the breakfast sando is $11 but is double on everything - cheese sausage and egg, with a fluffy bun.

One of the few spots in the area where I was able to grab a coffee and set up to get some work done. I ordered a hot mocha latte and sausage, egg, and cheese on a brioche bun and both were pretty good. Coffee wasn't overly sweet and I was definitely happy with the choice. Additionally, service was fast and the shop is kept clean. There's definitely limited space but I thought blue spoon was a good coffee shop.

Finally stopped by this cafe that's right around the corner of my apt. Grabbed a house drip coffee and an everything bagel toasted with scallion cream cheese. It's a small cafe and there's only two tables and a bar seating area. The baristas are friendly and the coffee is decent. This place is always busy but was quick to grab and go. I'd be back to try different breakfast items and drinks!

The regular and matcha have both been good in my experience. I don't like chocolate cake, so I haven't tried that variety. I wish the pumpkin was available in the smaller size too! I've tried their boba, and it isn't good. The hot teas are okay but not great. They're pretty much just syrup and milk. I would avoid the drinks and just get the desserts! Though pricey, and probably why I will not return, they make one tasty breakfast sandwich. It might even outdo Panera! If only I could see how it is made rather than just wrapped and packaged for me, with me assuming they just took a pre-packaged sandwich and heated it up. I really hope they do not do that. The taste of it tells me they do not, but I have to surmise. I also got a hot chocolate, which is super rich. It is not super hot, but if you are not careful you could have an accident on the sidewalk because of the milk they use. Drink it slow and steady. Or pace yourself between sips. Do not let the body recognize this is full of the things that make bowel movements happen. Thankfully, I held my ground. They also sell crullers. I love a good cruller. Choux pastry donuts full of rich flavor, without all the density of an actual donut. This one may be too rich. It is also quite expensive. Nearby Donut Pub does a better job with them. I had to be careful eating this. Being careful and knowing how much it cost to get a breakfast here are what keep it a three star review. However, their offerings will keep you out of the cold and give you strengths on days you need to be picked up.

The space is a bit cramped so it's more of a grab and go situation. The Banana Bread Hojicha ($8.75) was wow, it tastes exactly like it sounds. It was sweet enough for me without needing any additional sweetener. The only issue was that the hojicha came out a little grainy, so I think the barista didn't mix it as well as they would matcha. The Cherry Blossom Matcha ($8.50) was everything we imagined cherry blossom to taste like. A lot of times cherry blossom drinks end up tasting pretty off, but this one actually delivered. It's made with ground cherry blossom which I think makes all the difference. The matcha itself was good but the drink runs on the less sweet side, so my husband added honey and brown sugar syrup to his. By the time I got to try it, it tasted just as good as mine.
