Stopped here to get breakfast at the Philadelphia airport and it was horrible. I was hoping to just get dunkin or something but this was the only breakfast option in this terminal. I got the chocolate croissant and my kids got the chocolate chip muffins. My chocolate croissant was the worst I have ever had in my entire life. It tasted stale and was not flaky what so ever. So bad. You really know it's bad when my daughter says her chocolate chip muffin (which should be a special treat for her) is not good. I tried the chocolate chip muffin and it was also stale. They must be selling days old pastries at this place. Not sure how they are staying in business, I guess unsuspecting people like me who don't know better. Avoid at all costs. read more

Amazing amazing coffee. You can best guarantee any coffee establishment that is serving La Columbe is going to be top notch. Got a cold brew coffee, they wouldn't serve me liquid sugar which is kind of essential for cold coffee.....but still good. Used Stevia instead. Got a pumpkin muffin as well. read more

Hard to believe LeBus has such a disgusting place. 9 am no pastries at all left, coffee ( and I drink Le Colombe all the time) undrinkable, gas station like, weak with a burnt taste. The most unappealing dirty displays which are pretty much empty but what's on display unappetizing. Service without any hello, let alone smile by unkempt men with beard and hairs preparing food. Horrible. Didn't have half the bagels in stock. Fine, I got the plain with chive cream cheese. I was served a very stale, raw bagel with what had to be an entire container of PLAIN cream cheese, not chive. Gross! Coffee was burned and the creamer smelled funky so I didn't even use any. Just horrible. Go somewhere else. $7 + for this garbage. If I didn't have to take a shuttle back to that gate I'd return it all. Ugh! Wish I could give ZERO stars. They never get my order right. I always order a macchiato and they always give me an espresso. The food takes between 5-15 minutes to get to you as the person making them is always apathetic to the world around them. This time, I bought the egg white and spinach sandwich and it was worse than eating your own vomit. The "egg" was crusty on the edges and firm runner throughout. The spinach was from before the last ice age and there was exactly 1 leaf on the whole sandwich. The marinara was soaked in the bread so this sandwich was at least two days old and reheated 17 times. The worst part is there is no Starbucks close by so you're forced to suffer this disgusting cesspool if you want coffee. Thanks for killing my dreams. read more

When I lived in Philly years ago I used to frequent the Le Bus in the Reading Terminal Market. I was pleased to see a presence in the Philadelphia Airport. But I was quickly...disappointed. I chose a curry chicken salad from the menu only to be told that they didn't have it and they haven't had it for a very long time. I chose the ham, chicken, and egg sandwich. Wow. I feel like this fat saturated bomb was slightly better than what I could have microwaved at the local 7-11 but I paid 4X as much. Avoid Le Bus at the Philadelphia Airport if you have taste buds left and enjoy having unclogged arteries. read more

Since you're in the terminal, I'll be fast. Very good coffee. I had an iced coffee. There is a stand with cream, skim milk, etc. to the left of the cashier. Ate the roast chicken with chipotle sauce. In a CPR course that I took once, the instructor told us that 'even bad CPR is better than no CPR', at first I thought that applied to leBus in the airport. Alas, no....a ham, egg and cheese on a carbohydrate-laden bun was actually no better than 'no ham, egg and cheese on a carbohydrate-laden bun. I mean ugh, I was hungry and The tolerably disagreeable employees made it and, after letting it sit for 11 minutes, finally got around to handing it over. The coffee was hot, at least and despite a chunk or two in the half-and-half (not kidding but even bad coffee...you get it) it did the trick of reviving me. All in all, you could do worse for airport food...see some of my other reviews. If we could only bring our own. read more

Two words. La Colombe. I love me some good coffee and La Colombe ranks up there as one of the best in my book. Le Bus offers many coffee drinks featuring La Colombe. I ordered a Cafe Americano and it was delicious. The staff working there was really friendly too, which I feel is rare in an airport food court, sad huh? But these ladies were helpful, friendly, and had some genuine smiles on their faces as they served us. I didn't try any of the baked goods but the muffins looked amazing. If I were hungrier I would have grabbed one. I will definitely return here for a snack and coffee if/when I am in this terminal again waiting for my flight. read more

This place was the spot to be the morning of my layover! Man the line was insane. I stood their so long it took every inch of will power in me not to order one of those tasty, tasty, muffins. I ordered a chai latte and it was good, I would order it again if I was in the airport. My problem was with the service. I'm not expecting a super high level of service at the airport, but the cashier here was just plain rude. This is probably the worst fast food experience I've had in terms of customer service and professionalism. While I hate to complain about something so trivial, dealing with people who have a horrific attitude at 6:30 in the morning is far from ideal. I asked for a bagel with cream cheese and lox, and didn't realize low fat cream cheese was an option. I mentioned it to the young woman who was making it for me and I told her that if it was too much trouble (politely) that she doesn't need to remake it. She did not respond to me so I added, "you don't need to remake it it's ok!" She proceeded to then say "yeah I HEARD what YOU said," in the worst tone possible. As she handed me the bagel she mumbled something under her breath and I said something like "gosh the attitude is just so unnecessary this early, I've been up since 4 am and still manage to be pleasant to everyone I interact with," to the young man who was the cashier and he even acknowledged her attitude and apologized on behalf of her. Additionally, people behind me also acknowledged her attitude and the woman behind me said "woah." I frequent LeBus when I have flights in Terminal F, and this experience definitely will deter me from any more business I give them for early morning flights. Just really not how I wanted to start my day. In terms of the quality of the food, there were at least 5 tablespoons of cream cheese on my bagel and a three or four day old onion as well as lox that tasted like it had been sitting out since the day prior. Love this company. However they figured out how to make their process at this location incredibly slow. 3 workers, line moving slower than I've ever experienced. Will go elsewhere. Really nice staff, solid quality, but this is just too slow. Also, I understand that croissants are challenging to get right. I count on Le Bus to do that, they are generally among the best. Not only was the service slow and the food overpriced, it was hands down the most disgusting breakfast sandwich I have ever had. The powdered eggs looked like they were pure egg yolk doused in black pepper, yet had no taste whatsoever. The bread was squished and stale.
