Clayton came out on time, sent pictures of all of the gutters once they were clean. He did a great job and we will hire him again.

I Hired Apco to put new siding on my house, it did not need it we really just wanted a color change…read moreand a new look, what a mistake! I am giving one star only because you must to leave a review. I told the salesman that I had extensive construction back ground and wanted to make sure the siding was installed correctly, he told me that there crews are so good they never have problems! I said I want to make sure the siding is left with proper room to expand when hot and shrink when cold, also nails are to be in the nail slots loosely so siding can move horizontally when expanding. I was told it woud take six weeks for them to start, at eight weeks I was calling them beause I had not heard anything and weather was now getting cold, finally they called with a start date. The day they came out Jay who was the supervisor showed up to meet me and we talked for ten minutes and he left! I went to an appointment, when I came back nine workers none of which could speak any English were there. Hitting the nails far to forcefully there work was beyond sloppy, siding cut to long or to short! The salesman said it would take seven to eight days to complete the Job, they were done in one day! These people do not know what a level is used for evidently, I have siding that is not level and started at different heights on each side of electical conduit on the front of my home so it looks ridiculous! Our house house has several exposed areas where improper cuts were made and are now subject to water infiltration. We have had them out two times to let them fix some of the visual problems, I have wasted my time walking around showing Jay the superintendent all of the eye sores and he gets two items fixed and says they are done! At this point we have siding up high on the east side of our house that was cut to short, but clearly not nailed properly because it is starting to come off! Our experience to this point has been terrible and we are still trying to let them make it right. The biggest problem is the siding being nailed to tight and cuts that are to tight, which leads to warping and leaking in the years to come. I have the manufacturers istallation instructions which were clearly not followed, and voids the manufacturers warranty. The proper solution would be to tear the siding off and have a trained supervised crew start over! I could go on but this is already to long save yourself a lot of grief and premature aging and find a company that cares about quality!

We had hoped to get them in prior to our furniture arriving but, as with everything, that didn't happen. Even so, they were able to finish the project within the time they had originally estimated and everything looks fantastic! Everyone was extremely easy to work with, professional, and friendly as well. A lot of care was taking to keep the work areas clean and to protect our furniture as well. Eventually we'll need to repaint our exterior and it's a no brainer who we'll call.

His pricing was a bit lower than other bids AND his timeline to get to our job was months ahead of others. We had a total paint job on our 140-year-old home and I cannot believe how they transformed it from rags to riches (ha!). It was quite the undertaking and Jonny kept me updated on the steps, including siding repair, and their timeline every step of the way. He really knows his stuff. The final result was outstanding. The entire team was friendly and efficient. I would and will recommend Moos Def painting and repair to friends and family (and my fellow Yelpers). Can't thank you enough, Jonny and team!

We had a very disappointing experience with this company, specifically with the window and door…read moreinstallation. Nearly half of the windows installed are unsatisfactory -- several won't open, some have poor seals, and multiple screens arrived ripped or damaged. The door installation was also done incorrectly. The door does not lock properly, and the doorknob was installed noticeably crooked, which is both frustrating and concerning from a workmanship standpoint. Communication throughout this process has been poor. Despite raising these issues, it has now been over a month and the problems with the windows still have not been properly resolved. We also used this company for siding, and that portion of the project went much better, which makes this experience even more frustrating due to the inconsistency in quality. Unfortunately, based on our experience with the windows and door, we would not choose this company again and wish we had gone with a different provider.

I got their advice on painting vs stain then found the prior owner's paperwork. I told them I wanted to stain the boards. They delivered some boards that were pre-painted and had to replace those so I could stain them. The installers were nice and came on time. However, they didn't have a paint brush to do the touch up work. When I got home, I found they hadn't replaced both sides of the dormer. Once I talked Warren, he found that it had been missed on the work order so they had to bring another board that I had to stain and schedule the 2nd. trip. I kind of had to keep emailing to keep the project moving forward, although I realize it is summer and I was a very small job. I will try them again next spring to have a siding checkup and hope it is easier. All nice people and reasonably priced.

A+++ Experience with Davis Roofing Enterprises…read more Working with Davis Roofing Enterprises was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Even before the project began, the level of detail and care they put into their estimate process stood out from the triple bid I conducted. They went above and beyond in helping me understand the full scope of the work, even offering a broader view than the other two estimates I received -- highlighting things I hadn't even considered. Rose, the owner, is a true gem. As a woman-owned business, Davis Roofing brings not just expertise, but thoughtful, transparent communication that's often hard to come by. Rose was incredibly patient and thorough in walking me through every aspect of the project, from timeline to materials, and kept me fully in the loop the entire time. Not once did I have to wonder what was happening or when. She also gave invaluable guidance on how the roofing project fit into the bigger picture of other home updates I had planned, helping me make smart decisions on sequencing. When unexpected things came up mid-project, Rose offered helpful, no-pressure advice that showed her depth of knowledge and genuine care. Rose is also incredibly well-versed in working with insurance -- she has extensive experience helping clients navigate claims related to storm or weather damage. In my case, insurance wasn't involved, but she still helped me understand what I should communicate to my provider to ensure I had the right coverage going forward. That kind of insight and advocacy is rare -- and deeply appreciated. Pricing was very competitive -- especially considering the quality and attention to detail. And it didn't go unnoticed that she made sure my new driveway was protected throughout, coordinating everything so that materials and dumpsters were managed with care. Truly outstanding service, expertise, and professionalism. I can't recommend Davis Roofing Enterprises highly enough. A+++ all around.

The flyers being left on doors -- with handwritten notes implying the company will "pay for the deductible" -- are not only unethical, but blatantly illegal. This is insurance fraud, plain and simple, and by suggesting it, you're involving unsuspecting homeowners in criminal activity. It's alarming that a company would stoop to such shady practices instead of operating with integrity. This kind of behavior is exactly why so many homeowners have a hard time trusting contractors in this industry. You frame it as a way to "help people save money," but what you're actually doing is encouraging them to commit fraud, which can carry serious consequences for both the homeowner and the insurer. This is not how honest, reputable businesses operate. If you can't compete fairly and legally, you shouldn't be in this industry at all. Photos of your flyers have been documented and will be submitted to the Ohio Department of Insurance, the National Insurance Crime Bureau, and the Ohio Attorney General's Office for review.
