Steve came out and figured out our problem, explained it well, and gave us an estimate (which they ended up beating when the work was finished.) The crew came out less than a week after I gave the go-ahead, and finished up in an afternoon. He came back a few days later and inspected it, and left the bill. The door does not lock properly, and the doorknob was installed noticeably crooked, which is both frustrating and concerning from a workmanship standpoint. Communication throughout this process has been poor. Despite raising these issues, it has now been over a month and the problems with the windows still have not been properly resolved. We also used this company for siding, and that portion of the project went much better, which makes this experience even more frustrating due to the inconsistency in quality. Unfortunately, based on our experience with the windows and door, we would not choose this company again and wish we had gone with a different provider.
