First of all, we were on a very tight schedule and needed to get our inspection done quickly. The inspector, Josh, came in on a Sunday afternoon and did a very thorough inspection. He talked to me throughout so I always knew what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also gave me a lot of recommendations for things to make our condo more user-friendly. He answered all of my questions and explained things to me in a way that I could understand with my very limited knowledge of all things related to the construction and inner-workings of a home. We had blocked out a time for roughly four hours but because our condo was pretty small, it didn't take Josh that long. In light of this, Josh readjusted the price so I ended up paying less than I expected. He also explained other available services but was very upfront with me about them not being necessary for my particular unit in an effort to save me money and not waste any of my time.
