We had hoped to get them in prior to our furniture arriving but, as with everything, that didn't happen. Even so, they were able to finish the project within the time they had originally estimated and everything looks fantastic! Everyone was extremely easy to work with, professional, and friendly as well. A lot of care was taking to keep the work areas clean and to protect our furniture as well. Eventually we'll need to repaint our exterior and it's a no brainer who we'll call.

His pricing was a bit lower than other bids AND his timeline to get to our job was months ahead of others. We had a total paint job on our 140-year-old home and I cannot believe how they transformed it from rags to riches (ha!). It was quite the undertaking and Jonny kept me updated on the steps, including siding repair, and their timeline every step of the way. He really knows his stuff. The final result was outstanding. The entire team was friendly and efficient. I would and will recommend Moos Def painting and repair to friends and family (and my fellow Yelpers). Can't thank you enough, Jonny and team!

I didn't even want to give them one star. Absolutely…read moreunprofessional company to work for. I was interviewed and hired on as the receptionist for dynasty remodeling llc on July 15th. The 18th was a monday, my first day. I didn't meet Ryan (the owner) until my third day. He was very stand offish. He wouldn't shake my hand or make eye contact with me. The very first act of business I heard from ryan was about a gentleman that was unpleased with Ryan's work. I set up a time for ryan to go out for an estimate, the man said 1:00 sharp because ryan never showed up the first time he had an appointment and he didn't want to wait all day for him. To that, ryan says, "well then I won't show up this time either. He doesn't run this place, I do. I don't care what you've heard before, the customer is never right." The same day, he let a lady in the call center go after two days working for him over gossip that someone totally made up. He fired her without looking into it or asking her about it at all. I understand that it is an "at will" company but it was absolutely untrue information that was given to him. The lady had gotten a lead for him on her very first day and seemed to really like her job, given the fact that he hadn't even had desks for them to sit at. They were sitting on the floor and didn't even have a/c in the building. She was an older lady and trying very hard to impress him and make it in the job. My complaint is that I did everything I could, everything I was taught to do and everything that was asked of me. Even some things that weren't asked of me to do. On that Friday, my fifth day I went into work and was told by the office manager of the call center, (not my manager) that Ryan didn't want me to come back, I was confused as to why but once again, it is an at will company. She asked me if my address they had on file was correct because they would send my paycheck to me. I told her yes and went on about my day, three weeks later I still hadn't received my check! I texted the receptionist, Jodie, from the bowling green office. She said it would be cut on that Friday and I would receive it the next week. I still haven't received it. I've called and left messages with Sarah (another receptionist) every time I would call. She would ask who was calling and when I would tell her who I was she would say Jodie and Ryan were out of the office. This happened at least five times. I contacted the department of labor, my representative, Mr. Duffy tried to contact them and they told him the same. Ryan was unreachable. He then called me back and told me that I have to take it to small claims court. Its only four days of pay, but I want ryan to know that he can't keep getting away with this. He is not a good person and has no idea how to run a professional business. Not only me, but the lady mentioned above never got paid as well. And if he thinks he can get away with this he will just keep doing it. I not only want what he owes me, but also to stop this from happening again.

We had the absolute worst experience with this company. We chose them because of all the good…read morereviews but were extremely disappointed in the level of professionalism, lack of care taken with our property, and the poor workmanship. When we had a couple guys come out to do a water test to see where the leak was, the one was extremely unprofessional, made comments about how he thought my husband was the son of the homeowner. Apparently he thought we were too young to own a home(we are in our mid 30's). He got hot in our attic after about 15 mins and decided we must not have a leak. The water stain above our bed in our bedroom was not enough to convince him of a leak. He ended up getting into a heated argument with my husband and left the job site with his other worker still on the roof spraying water for the test. The other worker apologized and said he would not be having the angry worker come back on the job. When they came back to do a whole new roof on our back deck and repair the main roof, they laid out a 4ft by 4ft tarp to take care of our property. We were told in the beginning our yard and home would be completed tarped off and they would clean up all debris and take pictures of their progress as it was happening so we could be involved as homeowners. Obviously the tarp was way too small to handle this kind of job and debris was left scattered all over our yard. We have 3 dogs, 2 of which were puppies at the time, so we were mainly concerned with them stepping on or eating 1 of the hundreds of nails and staples they left in our yard. When we brought up our concern, the worker left us his magnet he was supposed to use on the yard for us to use because it was getting late and he needed to leave. There was no supervisor or manager on the job site at all, and none of the workers could speak English to bring up our concerns too. They were supposed to take the dumpster with them when they were done and they didn't. Someone came back at 9:30pm at night to take the dumpster so we could park in our driveway, that we also found lots of nails and staples in. We never received any picture updates throughout the day as promised. My husband ended up getting on the roof himself to see their work. He discovered they damaged our siding and found many more nails/staples in our gutters. My husband called the supervisor the next day to express all of our concerns. He ended up telling my husband that they would not replace our damaged siding and the best they would do was caulk the holes and seams they left. This was not an acceptable answer to us as we were not planning on replacing our siding anytime soon and they had even joked with us when they gave us a quote about you know you're getting a bad roofing job when the roofer thinks caulking things is the answer. The supervisor ended up yelling at my husband and hung up on him when he pressed the issue about our siding. They eventually sent us the pictures of the work they did where they purposely angled the photos to not show the damage to our siding. After all this we were still waiting for them to install a new gutter on the back deck. The manager came back out to caulk our siding since that was the only option they would do for us. To his surprise, we still didn't have a gutter so he called the workers to see when they could come back out to install it. The guy that came knocked on the door and just said gutter and pointed up to our front porch gutter. My husband took him to the back yard to install the new gutter. When he finished my husband noticed that it did not have a leaf guard like we were supposed to have. He also could not speak English, so my husband had to get Google translate out to express his concern. He called someone and gave the phone to my husband. They were a contracted company through Bone Dry and Bone Dry had ordered the wrong gutter, so we had to wait again. After 3 weeks of dealing with this company we finally had our gutter up. I hope this honest review will save someone else the headache of dealing with this highly unprofessional company. Updating to include our quote, since they want to pretend like we were not a customer of theirs. Beware of this company unless you like be yelled at, hung up on, your property damaged, and then called a liar for leaving an honest review.

I got their advice on painting vs stain then found the prior owner's paperwork. I told them I wanted to stain the boards. They delivered some boards that were pre-painted and had to replace those so I could stain them. The installers were nice and came on time. However, they didn't have a paint brush to do the touch up work. When I got home, I found they hadn't replaced both sides of the dormer. Once I talked Warren, he found that it had been missed on the work order so they had to bring another board that I had to stain and schedule the 2nd. trip. I kind of had to keep emailing to keep the project moving forward, although I realize it is summer and I was a very small job. I will try them again next spring to have a siding checkup and hope it is easier. All nice people and reasonably priced.

We had contacted this Hilliard based business, amongst others, and after 3 companies came out, inspected, estimated etc, it was clear Snyder's was the only way to go. Destry and his team were amazing! Spent time talking with us, actually LISTENING, never pushing the sale or giving us the slick rehearsed speech. Snyder's came out and reviewed not only the problem section but the entire roof. They developed a plan that not only addressed the existing issues, but also caught some wind damage that hadn't yet made itself known to us. When we found our unusual roof still had an issue, they came out again and made another adjustment, and also did another round of nail clean-up in the yard. The roof is now both functional and very nice looking!
