Ive gotten them painted regularly at a nail salon, but I dont really count that. Gel is a type of cool nail polish that is STRONG. Whats stronger is Tammy's ability to replicate what u want!!!!! But real talk, its not about will I will be coming back, but when lol. My nails are overgrown bc my nails grow so fast, but I still get compliments on my nails despite the overgrowth. The environment was so sweet. I felt so comfortable there, and its got good reviews for a reason. workout a lot, especially with weights and other gym equipment. They held up, and they are STRONG.
