This was the final stop on our self guided tour, and really enjoyable! The winery inside is beautiful, and there is a private tasting room on the lower level that gives distillery vibes, and smells like wood! So pretty! I enjoyed a glass of Riesling on the patio, and we walked around the pond after we finished. If you're not directly on the lake, sunset over the pond was really beautiful! Like most of the wineries in the area, patio seating is first come, first served, but Laurentia had a nice way of handling it. Each table has a number. When you order your drink(s), you're give the number of an empty table outside, and you can make your way to your seat at your leisure. They did a nice job filling tables by dispersing guests across the area, so you didn't feel crowded, which was my main gripe across most of the wineries. We didn't eat here because it was late and we already had eaten, but the food menu looked really good!
It was a beautiful a day and brought a friend here from out of town. It was her first time at a winery. She isn't much of a drinker, but we came for the experience. It was very nice. Mason greeted us at the door and we received a table number for outside. There were quite a few people having lunch and also enjoying the lovely weather. We ordered a flight of the mixed. I liked the Riesling so much, I bought a bottle to take home. We shared a Margherita flat bread and the brisket ravioli. Both were delicious. Shannon was at the bar outside and was very helpful. I will definitely return with friends.
Wine was good great outside patio. Live music. Service was ok self service outside for food and wine. Food was slow and underwhelming for the price. Steak came out well done when ordered medium rare.
Laurentia is a beautiful estate with multiple levels and a large outdoor seating area with umbrella covered tables. The outdoor seating overlooks a lovely pond that you can carry your wine and leisurely explore. The dry red wine I had was very tasty. However I am not a wine expert. It's definitely worth visiting Laurentia for the beautiful winery.

You pay for what you ordered, find your table, and your food will be brought out to you. I had a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon and it was very good. I ordered the pork osso buco and I thought it was excellent. The meat was very tender and tasty. My wife chose the chicken pesto flatbread and she was very pleased with that. We sat in their heated patio and had a nice view of their grounds. They also had a wood burning fireplace inside. This is a very good place to visit in the Geneva area wine country.

Very typical sweet Ohio wine (which I don't particularly care for, but that's the expectation) Everyone in the staff we encounter was so nice! The hostess, the bar tender, the servers. We practically got one of everything on the menu and everything was PHENOMENAL ! Honesty so so so good! I'm a vegetarian, and there are tons of options! I 100% recommend this place!!

The Margarita and Fig & Brie flatbreads were delicious, then shared the chocolate truffle bomb for dessert. Was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Order food and pay at the counter. It's been years since we were here, but it is still my favorite winery. From the feel of the building itself, to the grounds, the staff, the food and then the wine, everything is perfect. Things have changed a bit because you now place your order at a register, they assign you a table, and then bring your food order to you, while you take your wine with you, it was efficient and easy, but if you didn't know what you wanted, you might feel rushed looking at the menus. We settled on a pepperoni flatbread pizza and I had a glass of the Pinot Noir. I was thoroughly enjoying my wine out on the covered patio, and then the flatbread arrived. Yummy goodness!!!!!! I am unlikely to return as we moved to Florida, but if you are in the area, you need to come here and check it out.

Absolutely everything about this place is excellent. The building and the outside patio area are absolutely beautiful! The food menu is a little limited, but everything is delicious. We shared a pepperoni flatbread and it was amazing! Oh, BTW, did you know that they make wine there? Well, not only do they make wine, they make the absolute best wine in the region. This place was such a fun way to take a daytrip from Cleveland and feel like you were on a vacation. My partner and I had done a staycation and stayed in an Airbnb by the lake, and wanted to find some fun activities to do while in the area. We stumbled upon Laurentia Vineyard and Winery and it checked all our boxes. It had good food, good vibes, a beautiful atmosphere, and good service. You walk in and you see the huge restaurant, giving off rustic vibes. We were greeted immediately and given the option of dining indoors or outdoors. Because it was 70 degrees and clear blue skies, we opted for outdoor seating. As soon as we sat, we ordered some white wine, a cheese board (pictured), baked brie, and a flatbread. The food was so good and brought out to us pretty quickly. We had a great view of the vineyard while dining. Speaking of the vineyard, after we ate, we were able to venture around and roam the vineyard, the little pond, and the different parts of the winery, such as the cellar. It was cool to walk around and see all the wine barrels and take photos with the scenic background. Overall, I loved this place and have been dying to return. I hope to be able to do this soon!
This was one of our stops on my sister's bachelorette trip and we really enjoyed it. We sat outside at a picnic table and had a pretty view of a pond and the vineyards. The wine was a bit expensive. We ordered 3 bottles and the total was $95. But all 3 of them were delicious. I do believe this was one of the places where we had to notify them ahead of time online that we were a group of 10, so I would recommend doing that to be guaranteed that there is space for you.
What a find! We were staying at the Lodge on Geneva lake and decided to ventur our for a nicer dinner and found this gem of a place. Live music on a sat evening with a beautiful view of the manicured property, we had a big table that they held for us ahead of time as we called an hour before getting there. They don't take reservations but if you give them a heads up, it'll be smoother for both parties. The place was so lively and everyone who served us were friendly and so accommodating! Our kids went outside and played catch while us adults relaxed and enjoyed the wines, you can see them from the massive windows. The food was wonderful, the goat cheese fondue isn't too rich like a traditional cheese, try it! The hanger steak was so tender and juicy, scallops were not overcooked. Honestly if you are in the area, take a peek at this place and try the local wines. The bottle prices are so fair! Not pretentious and the parking was plenty. Enjoy my friends and drink responsibility because it's absolutely easy to want to try ALL the wines here. (^‿^) read more

The most beautiful of the vineyards we visited and I was glad that they did their wine flights in real glasses. Beautiful location to host a group or friends. This is a place where you order at the bar and carry your drinks to your table. While beautiful, the solid surfaces don't provide much sound dampening so it was a bit loud (very happy party of ladies on the indoor patio near us ). read more

One of my wife's favorite places to go in the Geneva area. More of a dry as opposed to sweet wine selection which is up our alley. Have a wide array of seating from the first floor, expansive patio, to the cellar. Have never had an issue with the service here. Food menu is always fresh and seasonal. Last time we were here, we had to get the baked brie appetizer as it is one of my wife's favorites. This will continue to be one of our frequent stops while in Geneva area. read more

What a delightful afternoon spent at Laurentia Winery. We enjoyed the wine tastings and several bottles with our group. We tried several items off the food menu and all exceeded our expectations! The building and grounds are stunning and the staff is was so attentive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend visiting - plan to spend an afternoon!! read more

What can I say, one of the BEST wineries in the Grand River Wine area. First, we were hitting 7 wineries this afternoon /evening and made this (on purpose) our final stop. All visits elsewhere were quick, grab a glass and check for future visits this summer. We needed some food and a final glas ortwo, of wine! The food!! Please don't over look the offerings! Today: WILD MUSHROOM Herb roasted mushroom, toma, parmesan, arugula, truffle oil! STEAK TIPS Whole grain mustard demi-glace, blistered baby potatoes, pearl onions Cheesecake Flatbread TREMENDOUS dishes shared by all. Great choices of wines, and there is one for ever taste. Don't be bashful, be bold, step out of your comfort zone, and try something new, you won't be disappointed!! Will be back, since we always do!! read more
Ok, let me start by saying I am from California, maybe a little picky and have a different expectation of wine..... Laurentia was recommended to us as the best winery in the area. We liked the scenic drive and the winery was very pretty to pull up to. They are easy to find and have plenty of parking. We went inside and they had their social distancing signs up but to be honest they were confusing. One told you to wait to be helped but then another said to stand in another spot so if you are here for the first time ever it's a little confusing on what to do/where to go. We waited a while and eventually someone came and "checked us in" and told us where to go next. Then we waited to be helped and once we eventually received service the lady helping us was very nice and knowledgeable about the wines. They were not offering tastings so we got a glass of Chardonnay and a glass of Gewurztraminer. Both were average at best. We sat on the patio and the view of the vineyard was enjoyable. read more

Beautiful property but don't like how they treat you. You walk in the door waiting in line and order to buy a sample and you don't get to taste anything or have any education. Then they give you a table You don't get to pick. The chicken cordon bleu that we ordered was a stretch. A breaded chicken patty with a piece of ham on top and some sauce. NOT. As noted in other reviews, this is a much more upscale winery than some others in the area. You go inside first, and we requested a table outside. They originally said they didn't have any available, but while deciding if we wanted to sit inside or go elsewhere, one became available. The host then handed us a number which corresponded to our spot on the patio. We ordered drinks inside and carried them out (I don't believe there's service outside - you have to go back in and order). Tastings I believe are $2, they don't seem to have flights either. The outdoor patio is gorgeous and really makes this place. The tables outside were never all taken though I believe they were telling people inside that there were no available outdoor tables. There seemed to be some confusion (or maybe they purposely kept empty tables outside, though I'm not sure why as, like I said, you have to go in to get your drinks). I didn't try any of the food so I can't comment on that. I got a glass of Riesling and it was good, and the rest of my party enjoyed their wine as well. read more
As you can see from any picture this place is gorgeous and luxurious. You feel as if you've been transported to a chateau or a winery in Italy. Everything in this place is gorgeous. They have a ton of outdoor seating that overlooks the vineyards as well as a spacious dining room with mainly windows to look out at the view. We sat in the wine cellar which was really cool. You can see all the wines and you feel as if you are in a cave underground with the stone walls. There's a door from the cellar that leads right out to the patio so you get the best of everything. DRINKS: The wine here was so good. We opted to split a bottle for $19 instead of individual glasses. We went with the Pinot Grigio which was not too sweet and pretty light. It was the perfect summer drink. EATS: The food was the reason I didn't give this place 4 stars. It was extremely underwhelming. We got the margherita flatbread and it was literally a piece of bread with 3 huge tomatoes and a little mozzarella. All the toppings fell off as you tried to eat it and it really just didn't have much flavor too it :/ SERVICE: The table we sat at was self-service so we ordered everything at the bar and brought it back. The bartender was great and so friendly. He talked to us for awhile and recommended wines. read more

My family and I visited this winery today, and we loved it! I felt very safe with the COVID regulations they had in place. The staff were very friendly. The wine was wonderful, too! I got the 2017 Estate Riesling. read more
A winery that has vineyards on this large property with lake; has indoor/ outdoor seating. The food menu is more expansive than most wineries (see photos). The food was 8/10. The wines were 5-8/10 in this order: sweet Riesling, rosé, dry Riesling, Pinot Grigio. read more

Stopped here for the first time in a couple of years. The wine is good but a little pricey. However the Cab was good and I loved it. It's very nice inside. The waitress waiting on us gave my wife and her friend some attitude. You want people to come back. Be a little nicer moving forward. The other recommendation is a larger tasting area. The tasting area is where people order food. read more
