Staff: They always have staff available to manage the place. If you run into any problems, they are available and at your service to help. One time I forgot and left an item I was washing, didn't realize I never took it home, came back 2 weeks later and they still had my missing item in their list and found. 2. Clean: You'll often see the staff cleaning, mopping the floors, wiping down the machines, cleaning the lint compartment, and emptying the trash cans. 3. Vending machines: Whether you're looking for snacks, laundry supplies, or change, they offer it through their vending machines for your convenience. 4. Plenty of washers, dryers, folding stations, and baskets: I find it important to have an abundance of resources because it's convenient and decreases the chance of needing to wait for a machine to be available. 5. Wash and Fold service: I haven't tried their wash and gold service yet, but it's nice to know that they offer it. 6. TV: They have 2 TVs for entertainment while you're doing your laundry. 7. Parking: There's plenty of parking in the plaza which again, is convenient. 8. Takes different types of payment: At another laundromat, I've always had to keep enough coins on me which becomes quite heavy.
