The phone was picked up, I heard some fumbling and a "hold on" that was clearly directed at someone else in the shop, and then the call was ended within about three seconds. I never got a chance to say a word. Thinking it might have been an accident, I called right back. That call was declined immediately. I attempted a third call but canceled it myself, figuring there was no point. I understand the end of the day gets busy, but hanging up on a paying customer who is actively trying to be respectful of your time isn't acceptable. A simple "sorry, we're closing in a few minutes" would have gone a long way. Won't be returning.

Our clothes were returned with stains, and an entire load of wash was ruined. This was especially frustrating because it was not the first time something had gone wrong with our order. We had specifically requested that our clothes be hung, but everything was returned in bags instead. After seeing that many of the clothes were stained, it made more sense why they may have chosen to bag everything. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse. Based on our repeated issues and the way this was handled, we will not be using this business again. Three bags of clothes were stained by them!!

We forgot to ask them once, and were thrown for a loop. The Not-so-good: - There are a couple ladies there who don't enjoy their jobs. I mean, it's pretty warm in there so I can sympathize. They're not as welcoming as the owners. But I come back because the owners made us feel so welcomed when we first stopped in. - They don't have an on-site tailor. I ended up taking my clothes to get dry-cleaned once at a different place that could hem my pants. But those people were mean, so I came back here. This place is a little pricier than others in the area, but for the quality and service, it's our go-to dry-cleaners.
