Pulling up the pictures on their yelp matched and I thought it was really cute. Entering, it is a nice sized cleaners, bigger than the one I used in California (my whole life). It was clean and organized. I was greeted by a young man who was really nice. I informed him I was a new customer and he provided me with a 5% discount for being new. I had 28 pieces that I brought and the totals with the monthly special was around $99. I had jackets, shirt a, pants (which he notes the ones that had the belts with them) The clothes came back perfect! They are my go too even though they are on the other side of town.

Our clothes were returned with stains, and an entire load of wash was ruined. This was especially frustrating because it was not the first time something had gone wrong with our order. We had specifically requested that our clothes be hung, but everything was returned in bags instead. After seeing that many of the clothes were stained, it made more sense why they may have chosen to bag everything. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse. Based on our repeated issues and the way this was handled, we will not be using this business again. Three bags of clothes were stained by them!!

But it was a full-on family reunion in there... kids zooming around, parents folding like Olympic athletes, everyone apparently knowing everyone. I was just the mysterious outsider with two loads and no idea how much laundromats cost anymore. Definitely not $1.25 to wash. Maybe still $1.25 to dry and the option to you add a quarter for an additional five minutes right before the buzzer (at the 1 min mark) Machines worked. Clothes washed and dried. I got to be a peaceful fly on the wall, surrounded by community vibes and the distant scent of laundromat dreams. Plus... quarter machine present and accounted for (didn't need it, came prepared like a laundry Girl Scout). All in all, it's clean-ish, chaotic, and comforting. And now I know where to go when life gets dirty at 3 AM. Word of the wise if you're bringing your heavily soiled items here because you don't want to do them at home, run a hot empty cycle to clean out your washer, please, that just seems like a kind thing to do.

It was a peachy-orange color when i dropped it off, and when I went to pick up, I noticed a WHITE sleeve sticking out of the middle of my order on the same blouse. They had not noticed that they had taken out the color entirely until I pointed it out, already a disappointment. When I pointed out that they had ruined the shirt, the dry-cleaner came up and checked the tag, said that it said dry clean and they had done that, and I should take it back to the store. There was not even an apology, she just said "we have no way of knowing if the die is going to wash out with the dry cleaning solvent." I would think a professional would notice all the color leaving a shirt they were cleaning. I will no longer trust my garments to an operation that does not seem to take any pride in their work. They did not charge me for the "cleaning" of the shirt, which does little to remedy the $150 down the drain. Furthermore, I am wearing a pair of pants that I picked up 2 days prior after having a clasp sewn back on, and it has already fallen off again. More wasted money.

The phone was picked up, I heard some fumbling and a "hold on" that was clearly directed at someone else in the shop, and then the call was ended within about three seconds. I never got a chance to say a word. Thinking it might have been an accident, I called right back. That call was declined immediately. I attempted a third call but canceled it myself, figuring there was no point. I understand the end of the day gets busy, but hanging up on a paying customer who is actively trying to be respectful of your time isn't acceptable. A simple "sorry, we're closing in a few minutes" would have gone a long way. Won't be returning.
