MY RECOMENDATION IS IF YOU DROP ANYTHING OFF at this establishment I WOULD GET AN ESTIMATE OF THE CHARGES They have all this Jesus is Lord pasted on their windows And JESUS changes everything. I guess that gives them the right to CHARGE RIDIOCULOUS prices, GET AN ESTIMATE BEFORE DROPPING AN ITEM OFF . SHE called me a thief when I refused to pay the $50. There was only one thief in the building and it was not me. I told her she could keep the jacket.

The cashless interface does not always work at the walk-up machines, and that can be frustrating, but that's the only critique I can offer. Otherwise, I'd say it's a high-value, low-stress operation for DIY clothes-washing. It is a bit expensive to do leather jacket cleaning, but for the experience and process, I would say it was totally worth it. They texted me to let me know when they would arrive to pick up and to drop off. They gave me a clear time approximation and even beat it (they estimated 6-8 weeks but I believe it only took about 2-3?). My jackets came back wrapped really nicely, and the delivery driver took proper care to deliver at my door. In fact, I wasn't home and she asked how I would like my jackets to be dropped off. The thoughtfulness and consideration Ian's provides can't be beat. I also appreciate that they have an app so you can easily plan your pick-ups and drop-offs. If I have any articles of clothing that will need dry cleaning in the future, Ian's will be top of mind.
