They shipped my 3 dresses to the Belton store on the next Thursday and contacted me via text. I picked up the dressed, brought them home and they all fit. The lady did a fabulous job on the alterations. The store even said that if they did not fit, I could bring them in the next day--I did not have to do this. They texted me to let me know when they would arrive to pick up and to drop off. They gave me a clear time approximation and even beat it (they estimated 6-8 weeks but I believe it only took about 2-3?). My jackets came back wrapped really nicely, and the delivery driver took proper care to deliver at my door. In fact, I wasn't home and she asked how I would like my jackets to be dropped off. The thoughtfulness and consideration Ian's provides can't be beat. I also appreciate that they have an app so you can easily plan your pick-ups and drop-offs.
