They don't post their prices--not in store, not online--they don't even have a little service menu at the counter for you to glance at when you're dropping items off. Last time I was there I was charged over $50 for them to clean 2 linen dresses. These are basic, casual pieces with no embellishments. Just a typical shirt dress you'd wear to brunch. I gawked at the charge because it was way higher than I expected. When I asked about it, she said they recently increased their prices. So I asked if I could have an updated menu of services so I could refer to the new prices as needed. She just shrugged her shoulders and said they don't have anything they could provide to show me their prices. So I asked if someone could just type up a basic price list and email it to me so I can refer to it as needed. She acted like it was a personal insult that I requested this. She took down my email, but never sent me anything. I called the other branch and got the same weird behavior when I asked to see a price list. I checked Spring Cleaners and they have their prices posted online for most items. I called them to check exactly how much they would charge for a basic linen dress--no lining, no embellishments-- and they quoted $12! Canyon cleaners charges exactly double what Spring Cleaners charges. I guess they don't want to post their prices so they can price gouge people as they see fit? Here's your warning. read more

The employees were nice but I took a pair of pants to get heavy starched for a wedding we were going to and you couldn't even tell they were starched. When I picked them up they felt starched but maybe light starched. When my fiancé put them on I was like are those the right pants because you couldn't even tell anything had been done to them. It was reasonably priced and were ready in a timely fashion but I kind of feel like I wasted my money. read more

Lost some men's shirts but were helpful the first time taking our number and stating they would check into finding them. We did receive a phone call stating they found them. Continued to use them for several months and it happened again. EXCEPT this time a very rude, unprofessional young girl was working this day. When I told her my granddaughter came in yesterday to pick up the cleaning she did not pick up my clothes. The girl looked at her computer and told me " No, she got 12 and that is what is on your ticket." I told her that she did not receive ALL clothes. SHE REPEATED herself again....When I asked her to move the automatic clothes so I could look..SHE AGAIN repeated herself. I picked up my several pieces my granddaughter left. In all my years in retail I have never had such a Unprofessional, Unhelpful and most of RUDE person. I did ask to speak to her Supervisor and was told, "She is busy". Rude,young and inexperienced. I cannot believe the owner has trained her employees to treat Paying customers in this manner. Have heard multiple complaints and will not use or refer to them again. Clothes go missing, broken buttons and burns are of some of complaints that I and others have also experienced but the manner in which I was treated is above all why I and others will not return. We have spent minimum of 100$ monthly. Again, cannot believe or understand an Owner allowing this in their business. Have decided this is a family runned business so no one is allowed a private number to locate the owners. He /She needs to post a GOOD Telephone number so her/he can receive calls from their Clients/Customers. I do not refer this company in Burnet, Kingsland or MF. This happened in MF. About two weeks ago I took my normal 10 to 12 shirts to have them cleaned at your Horseshoe Bay location. I also brought with me two new pairs of paints (Denim Jeans & Dress Pants) that needed to be hemmed. I asked the women how much it would cost to hem the jeans two inches shorter because I was unable to find the right length. They were a 32 inch and I needed them to be 30 inch. The dress pants were un-hemmed and I wanted them hemmed with a cuff at 30 inches. She did not give me a cost but just said not to worry and I would pay when I picked them up. I should have persisted on getting the cost out of her. Now I know why she did not want to tell me. I picked up my order and it was 70.00. 70.00!!!! I inquired as to why it was so much. Jeans to be hemmed, 18.50 and dress pants 24.50. You have got to be kidding me. I only paid 14.99 for the jeans. I told the women that if she would have told me how much it would be when I dropped them off I would have said no way. It is my bad for not doing my homework. I called and spoke with the manager of the Marble Falls store and she took my number and said she would have the owner call me. Guess what? No Call. I gave you two weeks to contact me before I took this next step. I have since contacted your competitors and I have found out that everyone else is 12.50 for jeans and casual pants & 15.00 for dress pants. It is my fault for not checking around but it will be the last time you will see any money from me. read more

I do not recommend this cleaners! I've gone to this cleaners about 6 times now to have my Western lady's show shirts washed and starched. The pricing is never the same, it's been from 2.49 to 4.95 per shirt and 5.25 to dry clean a shirt. I was told I could bring my shirts in for press only and the cost would be 2.75 cents per shirt. To my surprise when I picked my shirts up they charged me 4.21 per shirt for pressing only. This cleaners lacks in professionalism and I do not recommend them. read more

I hate giving bad reviews, but this place was terrible. They advertised same-day service if you got your dry cleaning in before 9 a.m. but wanted to keep mine two days. When I asked for my clothes back, the man said he could have them back by 5 p.m the next day. I handed him my coupons so I could get their discount. The next day I went to get my clothes, and the girl said he had "forgotten" to use my coupons. She actually said "oops, I'm just giving them back to you for next time." Next time? If you appreciate Great Customer Service and value your clothes, then Do not take your clothes here. My mother showed up at my house for a Christmas Party I was having with her dry cleaning in her hands. When she pulled her sweater out of the bag, we were shocked at what we found. Her sweater was stretched out and the wooden buttons were all broken. First of all, the fact this sweater was given to my mom in this condition is extremy unprofessional! No one told her about the sweater, they just took her money and sent the sweater out the door. When my mother asked to talk to the manager she was told they would make it right. " give Us a few days and if we can not fix it, we will make it right." Well, when my mother went to pick up the sweater again this week it was brought out in about the same condition it was the first time. When my mother expressed her unhappiness with the sweater AGAIN to manager, they offered her a $20.00 (in store credit) now who in their right mind would continue to do business with this place and use a store credit after they destroyed the sweater in the first place. When my mother said no to the $20.00 (in store credit) the unprofessional manger told her it was an old sweater. As a manger, your job is not to determine how old clothes are, your job is to Make sure your employees are cleaning clothes properly and provide Great CUSTOMER SERVICE. At which rate you failed at BOTH!! As a loyal customer, this was the way she was treated. I STRONGLY advise anyone who wants to use this Dry Cleaners to find another ASAP! read more

I took my beautiful blouse that I had just spent $300 for into Canyon Cleaners in Marble Falls. I spilled red wine on it and was worried that it was ruined. The staff was so helpful and kind and they got the wine stain out of my blouse. I am new to the area so I was grateful to find a good dry cleaners who would care for my clothes. I have been back to them several times now and always get my clothes back the next day. I have compared prices with other dry cleaners and Canyon Cleaners is the best priced for my delicate clothes. I pay a lot for my clothes and appreciate the great job they do in caring for them. I really like the staff each time they have been so pleasant. read more
