The cashless interface does not always work at the walk-up machines, and that can be frustrating, but that's the only critique I can offer. Otherwise, I'd say it's a high-value, low-stress operation for DIY clothes-washing. Their wash-and-fold business seems to have fans, judging from traffic, so I'll keep that option in my back pocket for when I'm flush!
