Aaron did a fantastic job! Highly recommend,…read more Our daughter had thrown up in several places one evening. I Yelp'd carpet cleaning in the cedar park area, called Youngs and they came out that same day. Aaron worked us in to his busy schedule on a Friday afternoon, just to spot treat... And then returned a few days later for the entire house. Very reasonable pricing and he didn't try to sell us all the "special treatments" we've all been tortured with by almost every carpet cleaner out there. He was on time, did great work and we'll definitely call them next time!

He is honest- I feel good about having him in my home- and good with my animals! The best way I can sum up his attitude is- if you're going to do the job, do it right the first time. This is the best service I've ever used. Give him a shot- you'll be glad you did.

Katrina and Johnathan's results were significantly better in quality than I would have ever been able to do on my own.

I've used multiple companies over the years but none of them can come close to matching what The Magical Clean can do for your carpets. Most companies leave behind furniture marks/indents and stains that reappear after a while. Not so with Magical Clean. They have saved multiple carpets for us and made them look new again. They are also pros when it comes to water mitigation. When you have a water emergency, this is the company to call.

INEXPERIENCED TECHICIANS THAT WILL COST YOU MORE IN THE END!…read more I called them to come assess our washing machine, hoping to fix it or identify the issue in order to avoid buying a new unit after moving into a new home. The technician arrived and advised me to replace some bolts which should fix the pro lem. If not then purchasing a new unit would be the next step. We did as advised and it still didn't work- forcing us to buy a new washing machine. After purchasing and installing the new unit- we discovered the bolts he advised us to replace were in fact the shipping bolts. I would hope that a technician coming to assess a piece of equipment, given the model number/year of the machine in advance would be able to identify what SHIPPING BOLTS were. After explaining this to the manager they refused to refund the $50 fee for the error on his technicians part. Your better off going on YouTube to find a solution rather than calling their inexperienced technicians. The manager blamed us for the mistake in the end which only made the situation worse.
