The dryers do not dry properly. They allow all the kids to run around like animals under your feet screaming their heads off. They even have signs about no complaining about their faulty equipment. The car wash has been known to NOT dispense soap and the brushes are so dried and eaten up they will damage your car. The vacuums do not work and a homeless guy staying in his creepy grey suburban stands at the vacuums EVERY DAY just watching you attempt to take care of your things. DO NOT RUIN YOUR CLOTHES! The cashless interface does not always work at the walk-up machines, and that can be frustrating, but that's the only critique I can offer. Otherwise, I'd say it's a high-value, low-stress operation for DIY clothes-washing. Their wash-and-fold business seems to have fans, judging from traffic, so I'll keep that option in my back pocket for when I'm flush!
