After the ice storm I was left without power for several days and unable to do laundry .. since I was visiting family in Comfort and Kerrville I decided to bring some larger blankets for cleaning.. the attendant was super nice and helpful.. the problem is the cost for self service.. the washers hold quite a lot but the dryers barely heat so its costly to get clothes dry.. the laundromat is clean and felt safe.. read more

Granted it is clean and close by but $3.00 just to use the dryer for 1 small load is more expensive than going to laundry mat in San Marcos the dryer there is .75 cents for 30 min Last time I washed my clothes here the attendant took my clothes out and left them wet in a basket I see everyone else had their laundry dried and folded Guess I guess I was left out of that nice gesture it would of been nice 1St read more

While traveling in SE TX, we needed to wash our clothes. Wimberley TX is one of the quaintest towns I've ever seen. This place offers both self and full service. The laundry has an attendant there and even though we were doing self laundry, they offer help by briefing you a bit on the machines. Also we needed change and he instead just started the machines for us and we paid when finished. A bit expensive and I assume this is because of the attendant. $4.00 for each wash. $3.00 for dry. The dryers are extra big. Also, the nice thing about having an attendant is the ability to be able to leave and do our running while washing and then drying. I would go there again. read more

My washing machine broke and had to do laundry before the repair man could track down a part and repair. The laundry mat had tons of different sized washing machines to choose from which was very helpful. As well as different sized dryers. The establishment was nice and clean and a gentleman working there was extremely helpful. They do have soap and other washing machine and dryer supplies if you fail to bring your own. Not that I want to have to come to a laundry mat all the time but it was nice and easy when in a pinch. read more

Can't say enough good things about this place. I don't often use laundromats, but recently needed one in a big way. After a record flood, we had to launder 1000 YARDS of fabric in one afternoon. I live in Wimberley but was a little concerned that a small town business might not be able to meet the need. Well, they met and greatly exceeded my needs and expectations. Wash Day Laundry is the cleanest laundry around. Also, they went over and above to help us out in Wimberley by washing flood survivors laundry (to include curtains, blankets and even stuffed animals) without charging anyone. After getting to know the owner, he is a man who has come from humble beginnings and rushed to help where he saw a need. His stores are always clean with a very friendly staff.
