Staff is not service-oriented (actually heard a customer apologize for interrupting lady's lunch because it was CLEARLY annoying), but the place is roomy, has plenty of washers/dryers and free wifi. Also far enough off the beaten path so as not to be the homeless person hangout, which is turning out to be a huge plus for a lone female just trying to spend off hours doing laundry. Worst experience ever!!! If you show up an hour and 15 minutes before they're supposed to close they will not let you do your load especially if you need to wash and dry... I thought maybe it was just the older gentleman that works there occasionally during the week but now it's all of the staff. There is also another lady that would not let me do my load of laundry because I got there at 7:55 and they close at nine she didn't think I could get my wash and dry completed before 9 o'clock. I guess I won't be using this laundry mat anymore. read more

I love this place!! Talk about clean and friendly environment! They have various sized washers and dryers for all your laundry needs! Some of the washers take credit cards and others are coins. Last weekend I was able to get in and out with 8 loads of laundry washed in 1.5hours. read more

Really nice place to do laundry, the staff is very courteous and none of my stuff has ever been taken here. Just don't go on the weekends because the dryers aren't free, and they only run for 5 minutes instead of 10. But that's a very small concession for a safe place to wash your clothes. read more

I just stopped in to wash a couple comforters since I needed a over sized washing machine. The place is clean and they seem to have specials and even giveaways which I can't say I've ever seen at a coin laundry. The machine worked fine, comforters were washed and it was a pretty standard process. The only gripe I would have is that the machine was pretty expensive. Could have just been the one I choose but it ran about $10 for a wash. Most expensive I've ever seen. read more

We dropped off laundry and were told it would be ready between 6PM and 7PM and that they were open until 11PM. We were otherwise engaged from 6PM until 10PM, at which time we decided to get our laundry. We arrived at 10:45 and found the lights out, the doors locked and the business closed. We have to leave on a flight fairly early tomorrow morning, so hopefully they only lied about their closing time. read more

Even though there are closer laundromats closer to me, this is where I normally do my laundry. The facilities are lovely and the attendants are wonderful. I want to note one attendant in particular. I've been in several times when one customer has taken ten machines or more at one time. This is can be challenging for other customers, like myself, to get even one machine in the needed size. I've been so impressed how Whitney is able to take care of other customers and keep everyone and everything moving smoothly. She does it so calmly and with such professionalism. After calling around other places and either: 1) not even getting an answer on the phone or 2) showing up only to be told the person who works there just comes and goes as they pleased, I found this little gem! First, the price per pound of drop off is perfect. Second, they have free drop off for services costing more than $35, how awesome! Third, the clothes were wrinkle free and smelled excellent! My wife and I are extremely busy professionals and we needed reliable laundry services so we can try to enjoy our lives outside of working all the time and this place met and exceeded all of our goals. Really great facility. Cleanest laundromat I have ever stepped foot into. Regardless of the attendant on duty, I am always greeted warmly, offered assistance and treated as if I was the most important customer they have. Call them and check out the latest specials and deals; there are always new incentives. The best aspect of this location is the "Wash, Dry, Fold" service that they offer. I had great service at this location. It a full service wash & fold. The attendant was very courteous and was spot on on the time. I had 20 pounds of clothes most of which required ironing. I don't usually have a need to go to laundromats, as I have always had a washer and dryer in my home. My washer unfortunately gave out on me the other day, so I decided to go by Laundry Express. I generally don't leave 5 stars to businesses, but this one earned it. A couple of years ago, my sister told me about this laundromat because I wanted to know a place where I could wash large blankets. I thanked her but was reluctant to go because I just don't like to go to laundromats. Well, the inevitable happened. My dryer had broken. I needed my clothes washed and I remembered my sister telling me about Laundry Express. My husband and I gathered our clothes and went inside. What struck me at first was how clean it was. It had a nice play area for children which I thought was a great idea. There were nice flat screen TV's on the walls with varieties of different programs that appealed to everyone's tastes. The bathroom was really clean, which I really appreciated! We had a variety of washer and dryer sizes to choose from. Speaking of the washers, in one of the washers, I washed my white clothes. Among the white clothes was my favorite dingy house coat. When I took that house coat out, it wasn't dingy anymore!! I was so happy!! The washers at Laundry Express are awesome, as they also cleaned other items I had and got rid of stains I've been trying to get rid of forever! Unfortunately for us, we came on the day that drying wasn't free, but the experience was well worth it. The attendant was amazing as well. He was well mannered and friendly but not over-the-top, courteous, and knowledgeable about the products in the laundromat. He also showed that he cared about what he was doing and that he cared about the customers. He cleaned out our lint catcher stating, "This will help your clothes dry better". What an amazing and thoughtful young man? I didn't catch his name but he was wearing a "food chain" t-shirt. Even the other customers were courteous! I believe great laundromats attract the best customers. At any rate, if I need to go back to the laundromat, I know exactly where I'd be going....Laundry Express!!! read more

Beware of this business. Dropped off a comforter to be laundered and when I picked it up, it was covered in brown and black stains. I was told the black stains occurred in the dryer. They have ruined my comforter and I saw others that were ruined as well. Business would not pay me to replace my item or even refund the wash fee. read more

Honestly, I love this place but the last few times I've been here the girl that's been working here a long time has been on her phone while working, cursing and just sounds trashy. And to be honest I'm getting annoyed every time her mouth opens. I may start looking for a new laundry mat to go to. Just to avoid hearing her talk.
