This place is excellent! They remove stains from my shirts without me even telling them, and they provide fast service. Highly recommended!

Employees aren't trained in the coupon system or customer service. There was a mistake with the discount applied to some of my order and no discount was applied to other parts of my order. The employee, Noah, argued that he didn't understand the coupon system and that it just worked automatically. I demonstrated that there was an issue, but he ignored me and charged my card for the erroneous amount. I asked to speak to the manager since he was working that day, but he wasn't around. The employee should have corrected the issue or offered to have the manager call me to discuss it. Instead, I was dismissed and won't be returning. read more

When I took my things here I was very pleased. The turn around was only a day and my clothes were very cleaned. I was helped by a young man named Holden and he was very polite and quick. I would and have recommended this place if you are looking for a solid dry cleaner. read more

I am new to the area and took 1 dress in to be dry cleaned $19 to clean 1 dress. There is NO itemization on their receipts. Zero customer service or friendliness here gave them a try due to convenience do not recommend. read more

The first time I used these cleaners, they put my clothes under a family member's name and tried to give the clothes to that person, who thankfully, was in my family and recognized the error. Then, I left a blouse that I had worn twice, giving them a second chance. The young man who took it asked if I needed a claim check. I assumed that he would be putting it into the computer, so I did not ask for one. BIG MISTAKE! They have lost the blouse and said that there was no proof of my even leaving it, so it is not their responsibility. They have a sign in their store about customer service being important... I don't think so. I have been patient while waiting and then was told basically not to call again and that this was not their fault. Do not use this dry cleaner! read more

I am completely satisfied with this dry cleaner. As a Raleigh native I have used just about everyone around and this one is by far the best. My clothes are always done fast and I have never had a single issue. The customer service is great. Katia goes the extra mile to make sure clients are happy and informed of different dry cleaning services offered. I am a customer for life. read more

I dropped off two suits on Tuesday. When picking up Thursday, the invoice says missing buttons on one of them. No visible buttons were missing on the front of the coat. An extra button from a pocket was bagged and noted "we searched your pockets". So I assumed that's what they meant. At an out-of-town event that Saturday, I remove the blue protective cover and go to put the jacket on. Still, no visible buttons missing. I start at the bottom and that button cracks off. Shocked, but writing it off quickly, I move up to the next button and it cracks off. Pissed, but figuring I can get away with at least the top two, I try the third one. It cracks off. three of the four buttons on the front crack. Least to say, I am furious and my wife was there to witness this. So I have to go to event with no jacket on. I take it up there when I'm back in town Tuesday. The manager calls the next day and surprisingly says those buttons were never on the jacket, "as noted on the invoice". Disgusted, I went right up to the store and we got into it. He admits to fixing the top button, but the other three never existed until I brought them back broken. According to him, they were never at their store, no one there ever saw them, accidentally broke or repaired them at anytime in the cleaning process. Yet, they magically reappeared on the jacket once when I went to put it on Saturday night. They offered to fix the broken buttons for free if I was able to find a loop piece, so I finally calm down and took the suit to the sewing store. The lady there told me they are not fixable as is and any piece glued to it would not last for that type of button. This leaves me to have to replace all the buttons on the suit. There's at least a dozen buttons on this coat. I don't have the energy or time to go back to the cleaners, so I just keep the suit and will figure it out later. While I appreciate the offer to fix the buttons, I do not appreciate being told that I'm making up this entire incident with my suit and that three buttons were missing at drop-off. I tried this suit on with several shirts at home to figure out what I'd be wearing before taking to the cleaners. I would not go through the trouble of taking a suit to the cleaners missing three buttons, then bring the suit back to argue about something I knew was wrong. Of course with out pictures or "proof", it's our word against theirs, and they will ultimately stand behind what was entered on a receipt, which I know (and someone there knows) not to be the full story. I won't discourage anyone from going here, as your experiences have and may well be great. For me, I can not let this go unspoken. I'm a pretty mellow guy and I don't like being made to look like a liar. I've have good experiences here before, but concerning this jacket and those buttons, I had an unbelievably horrible experience where something obviously happened, and I wasn't told the honest truth. These guys are great - after going to a snooty place across the street, they informed me the turn around time was 3 days! A Cleaner World got it done in less than 24 hours for a reasonable price and friendly staff (Cary, High House/Cornerstone location), with laundry facilities on site. No wonder the other place wouldn't even point me in the direct of a Cleaner World. I will definitely go back. read more

I have been a customer of this business since they opened. There have been some mistakes made over the years, and when I have brought it to the attention I have always been treated with respect, until today. They charged me to dry clean a woman's blouse, which happened to be my husband's shirt that usually gets laundered. The price difference is about $5. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, he told me that I had brought in an blouse and I was wrong. I do not own a blouse similar to either the shirt i brought in or the one he described. He had an attitude and just about called me a liar. He gave me the alterations on another item at no cost, but his attitude left me with a sour taste, and I will no longer be a customer of this business. read more

I just picked up 4 short sleeve Tommy Bahama style shirts that I had dry cleaned. Cost me $34.87 cents for 4 shirts!!!!!!! I am still in shock. The clerk/manager told me that they had some silk in them. Cannot believe that it would cost this much. Express Cleaners one block away does them for $1.97 and they look just the same. I have been going to this store for many years and have watched the prices go up but continued to go there because I like the people there and my clothes were done right. I won't go back again.
