Definitely the nicest and cleanest laundromat in the area. The washer machines and dryers are all new and work as they should. The TVs are also a plus while you wait for your laundry to be ready. So this place is amazing to say the least. On less than 24 hours of notice the business owners themselves went to our condo and picked up ALLLLL of our clothing/bedding/comforters that we need to get washed on a time constraint due to fumigation. I spoke with them at 8 in the morning and by 0910 they were already at my residence for the pick up. We are a family of four and with two young children, so we go through a lot of clothes. Jessenia and her husband assisted us with the most cost efficient service for our large laundry load. My husband and I had packed everything in kitchen size garbage bags which they took as is and transferred to their company's flat rate laundry bags. I was able to contact Jessenia via text and phone calls during the day for updates on costs and availability for pick up. This took place on a Friday and it was estimated to be ready for pick up on Sunday. Amazingly, I received a text from Jessenia saying it was ready today (Saturday). I was not charged a rush fee or a pick up fee. When I went to pick up our essentials, Sandy was great. Friendly and accommodating and ensured we received our 20% off discount offered via Yelp. She assisted us with hauling the bags of PRECISELY FOLDED AND ORGANIZED articles of clothing and bedding to our car. I totally recommend this laundry service! They even have various washers at their location to accommodate single loads and up to 8 loads that take debit cards for payment. So convenient for people like me who rarely carry cash on hand. I rarely need to go to a laundromat but have been traveling for work for over a year and this has become my go to spot. It's always clean and organized. The employees are friendly and helpful. There is a coin machine if you need quarters, and you can buy supplies here if needed. The washers and dryers are quick and there are always some available. read more

Something has gone seriously downhill at this laundromat. It used to be super clean, now all the machines smell like sewage. When I asked how often the machines are cleaned the attendant offered to clean it with lysol. I appreciate that but its not answering my question as to how often the machines are cleaned. She said the sewage smell is because they share a sewer line with the restuarant next door. So no matter what you're laundry is exposed to that smell. On top of all this many machines are consistently out of order and never seem to get fixed. Between the smell and the lack of working machines I don't see myself coming back. This is really a shame because it literally used to be the best laundromat in Carson. I'm very surprised that it has maintained a 5 star rating. read more

Cant say enough about this place love theyre laundry drop off service fluff and fold. Sandy always helps me out and takes care of all my laundry im a busy professional and dont have time so she is a real life saver place is just down the street from my house and i just drop off my loads she weighs them and i pick up my fresh clean clothes next day shes so detailed and organize i love how my folded clean clothes look when i get them back. Haven't been to a laundry mat since the early 80's and was dreading to use it! Have to say it's not bad! Laundry mat was very clean. Vending machines for snacks, drinks & laundry needs were all working. Change machines working. I liked all the different size washers, I came to wash my CA King comfort and used the 6 load washer. I've come to a handful of laundry mats all over and Laundry360 by far is the best one out there with helpful and knowledgeable staff. They offer fluff&fold services, weekly specials (Wednesday: free dry all day), (Thursday: $2 off Six Load Wash), (Friday: Free Pizza!). A nice touch is that they keep the fans on to keep the place cool & refreshed while allowing you to watch television on the flat screen. One thing I really like is that they and sanitized handles, interior and exterior on every washer after each use. I would like to give a huge shoutout to Sandy, she was very helpful and made my first visit here one to enjoy! I've been going to this laundromat for 3 years now and I've never had a problem with anyone there. Very friendly workers and I've gotten to know a lot of them. Great service and very attentive. A week ago on I encountered a new worker she seemed pretty nice. I think her name was Jaime or something with a J. But anyways she was rushing me to finish my laundry and I just felt eyes on me the whole time I was trying my best to hurry but I felt her watching my every move. I don't ever finish late but when I do other workers don't rush me and wait for me to finish then close. It felt like she literally wanted to kick me out already. Once I was done I asked her to open the door instead of her helping me by keeping it open she unlocked it and let it slam in my face with my cart full of clothes. When I brought back the cart she took a picture of me without my consent and I confronted her about it. She said she didn't when she did because she did it with flash. I didn't want to argue with her so I let it be. It's just unacceptable of her to do that who does that??!!! Rating went from a 5/5 to a 1/5 read more

Great washers and dryers in here, dryers especially. They dried my clothes so quickly even when I put in a huge load. Definitely recommend for people around Carson! They also have 3 stocked up vending machines with chips n candies, sodas and laundry detergent if you're hungry, thirsty or forgot to bring your own detergent. While you wait, you can even study and use their free WiFi. They also have an area where you can sit with outlets right in front of them. Pretty awesome place! read more
