VERY overcrowded and unsafe. Occupancy is 333 people for this location but they had closer to 500 people When I was there this past Saturday. In five minutes I saw four kids get hurt, one severely he had a lot of blood coming from his face. And then because it is so overcrowded the staff members can't clean it up properly and the kids are just running through it. I even saw a piece of a tooth on the floor. The fire department and the Board of Health should both visit this location and shut it down. The parking lot was so overflowed with cars, the toilet overflowed on me. The party rooms are dingy at best I was supposed to have decorations included for my daughter's birthday which were not there, They did include a birthday banner with a scoreable to our name on it, G thanks guys. Trying to get a hold of any staff member to have things taken care of is nearly impossible given the overcrowding. I will never set foot in another launch let alone waste my money on a party there. None of the parents at my party felt safe letting their kids play and could not wait for it to be over. That was a massive waste of money and I will be taking it up with corporate. Thank you launch management for reaching out and cementing my complaints. My daughters name was never on their banner I can't even make out the name it says, and you don't even address all the kids that got hurt. You must have checked with kids and parents from another party but not mine because I had several complaints from the parents who had small children who were afraid to let them jump especially in the toddler areas which were overcrowded with 10-year-old plus kids. Please stop putting profit before peoples safety.I followed up with corporate and hopefully they are more attentive to my concerns than you. read more

Launch Trampoline Park - Scribbled on birthday banner was supposed to have my daughters name. - Trampoline Parks Near Me - Howard Beach, New York

Recently we celebrated my brother's 13th bday party at Launch Trampoline Park 2/26/19.That day they were closed to the general public, but it was open for special needs individuals only .The managers Jill and George were a pleasure to work with . They were very accommodating ,and none of our requests were denied . Great staff ! Our host Anderia went above and beyond with the services we received. She was exceptional ,and awesome with my special needs brother . Great, kind ,very patient ,and she was a great hostess. We would would definitely recommend this location . They have done an exceptional job ! read more

We brought our kids here for some much needed activity--we expected it to be a bit crowded because it's a weekend. While we were fine with the line to pay, the waiver, and even the amount of kids jumping around, my partner was fairly shocked when he walked into the bathroom and saw that the soap dispenser was literally five and a half feet above the floor. In other words, there is absolutely no way a kid could possibly wash his hands without adult assistance. With the amount of physical contact among kids in this type of venue, I'm surprised that the health department hasn't flagged this establishment for poor sanitary measures. The kids had fun but we aren't sure we would come back without acknowledgement and rectification of this issue. read more

When you go to this trampoline park you have to rent a locker because they will not let you go pass in to the jumping area and staff are not really helpful when you need help with something this trampoline park will give you back pain and the staff are always yelling at people for being in a same square I don't recommend this place read more

Horrible!!! Unsafe. Understaffed. OVER CROWDED!!! Over priced. Unsanitary! Even the parking lot is horrific.

This place was really clean and beautiful Anna and George were so helpful, I would definitely come back my kids really loved it! I even came on a day that was free popcorn day it was really nice and fun! read more

We came here for my son's 11 Bday party with 13 boys and it was wonderful. They LOVED It and we've since been back. It does get very very crowded but we came on the early side and it was perfect. Grace checked us in both times and she was exactly what we all hope for in terms of kindness, patience and guidance. This is what customer service SHOULD look like. Thanks Grace! read more

Well I would give it 4.5 stars. My daughter and her cousin, ages 5 and 10, had a blast! We went during the spring break and there was enough staff around to monitor most of the areas. Only downside is there was no one monitoring the small kid area and there was big kids running around there. Can't judge the food. read more

Launch Trampoline Park is amazing and fun for kids all ages. I would say they need had a fan or air conditioning because all that jumping would make everyone sweaty and hot. read more

My son celebrated his birthday at Launch. He and his classmates had an amazing time! Andrew, our host was the best!

We had been waiting for this place to open and considered booking it for my daughters bday. we visited on a weekday with my daughter to check it out and the manager and Host (Hennessy) was super helpful and gave my daughter a chance to bounce around to see if she would like this place for her bday party. we winded up booking and requested Hennessy be our host. looking forward to it. read more

My son wanted to have his birthday party at Launch last year but because of the shut down we couldn't. I am soooo happy that we were able to have his party this year. From beginning to end the Launch staff took care of us. Andrew and Sean made sure everyone was checked in, showed us where our party room was and escorted us to the play area. My son and his guests all had a wonderful time including the adults. When it was time for our party room, Andrew and Sean were engaging the kids in conversation even with the littlest ones in our group. Everyone had a great time. Thank you Andrew and Sean your customer service and attentiveness were exceptional!!! read more

Place is brand new ! Cool for a few hours and great for a mommy break ! I recommend for the kids any day of the week . Just wish they had healthy food , after all it is fitness based ! Sugar and pizza isn't my choice for kids read more

I am very displeased with this location. The management definitely needs to work out some kinks because they are either short staffed or believe, from what I see, one worker taking care of a 30 child party. On top of poor management, the music that is played is unacceptable, which form the review below, is noticed by some. The girls who are the "event planners" are rude and obnoxious, and took so long to sign the party that we were attending in. Thankfully, I had the pleasure to be assisted by a girl named Carly, or Clarla, and Rory. I also briefly spoke to a George, and seemed to be trying to work on what the owners haven't fixed yet. Until their management fills the holes in their establishment as well as their staff, I don't think we will be coming back any time soon. read more

Those people are the best ever very friendly very clean and unique place very fun for adults and family I highly recommend them for my next party also offered me a VIP room to have my son's birthday for no extra charge theManager was very friendly and very down to earth read more

Great place for kids. They time the kids by color coding their bracelets so it never felt too crowded. The workers there were generally polite and one girl even played dodgeball with my son. Best of all, ITS CLEAN. No weird smells or funky stains that I noticed. My son had a great time. Warning: the pizza is horrible. read more

Where to start... Well today I decided to visit with my kids and husband in the afternoon. My daughter's had previously been there and they had really enjoyed however for me it was my first time. Strike 1- several of the staff members saw me walk in with my stroller yet nobody said anything until one of the staff seemed to be hunting me down to remove my stroller from the premises . As if I knew or was told my stroller wasn't allowed in. Strike 2 - I understand they have rules to keep kids safe but come on if they gonna come up with all this no no no , they should let you know from the start why risk an autistic child be an in environment full of so much provision risking him to a meltdown Strike 3- one of the staff members seemed to be bothered by me breastfeeding in an area where you were allowed to sit down even though I was covered. He asked me to move to an isolated area in the back .I honestly dont know if this guy is racist or what was his problem with us. I am aware I have rights as a breastfeeding mother and as I said I had an autistic toddler to take care of like to be sent to the back to feed my Infant. I honestly spent $400 visiting this location from Brooklyn to be treated this way. SMH!! read more

Had my six year old's birthday party here and had a great time. Our party was at 1pm and it wasn't too crowded. There is a special section for small kids (6 and under) so we even had a few toddlers out jumping. The staff was super helpful, friendly and organized. Akym was our party host and was awesome. He was great with all of the kids and was very attentive and accommodating. I left decorations and goody bags in our party room and when I came back to decorate, I saw that Akym and the crew had taken care of it for me already. Definitely recommend this place for birthday parties. read more

Went here a week ago got there when they opened to be the 1st jumpers and I was highly disappointed. The place was dirty like they didn't even attempt to clean there was used face mask that was dropped maybe from the day before in multiple locations in the jump area. Also the floor was dirty dried up gum on the floor and the least they could have done was vacuum the place. Not going back read more

We had a small bday party at launch in Howard beach. It was by far an amazing experience because of our host Andrew and his brother Sean. They greeted us as we entered and were so friendly, upbeat and attentive. They checked us in quickly and with us the whole time. Andrew was so amazing with our 10 year old boys. he took care of everything. He played games with them , served the food, managed the time and all. I haven't seen customer service like this in ages! His personality was the best! Launch is extremely lucky to have employees like this! I can't thank you enough, the day was a hit! read more

Wonderful staff... Wonderful experience. Kids had a blast... Ninja Warrior Course kicked my butt...Christmas Eve Fun!! Thanks.

I had my daughter's birthday here and it was great! Our party host, Akym, was very helpful and organized. Kids (& parents) had a great time!

I booked this trampoline fun park for my 10 year olds birthday . There were 35 boys there, I rented a bus. To get us there because our travel time was about half hour . The room was set up for 20 kids .when I asked the "private counselor why it's only set up for 20 they knew I was with 35 kids , she pointed to 3 chairs around the room and said they can sit there . I had kids sitting in the public eating area because there was no space for them . 1 party counselor is not enough for 35 kids neither was one small pitcher she had to refill 5 times for everyone to get a drink. If I was being serviced for 20 kids I should have pod for 20 kids not 35! I did see some groups have two counselors that actually had the kids playing games ( but sadly this was not our counselor. We had a young soft spoken girl with beautiful nails that's was but meant to handle 35 boys or knowing more then one pitcher was needed to quench there thirst . The boys were impatient waiting and needless to say the room portion of this pricey party was a nightmare . The play time was nit structured or tailored special for the birthday boy and nothing to let him stand out either . The boys had fun , that was important like I took a bunch of boys to a trampoline park definitely not a Birthday party that was expensive ! Oh and no worries about the tip because that's added if your happy or not ! If you have a large group of boys do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to celebrate I worked harder then if I had done it in my backyard ! read more

I just had my son's birthday party here this past weekend. I have to say from the time I booked the party I had a pretty good experience. With that being said, I also didn't realize I was speaking with the owner when I first called! He's super sweet. Following up when I booked the party I also got lucky and dealt with George who is the general manager. Thank You George, you made the process simple and painless lol! And many thanks for the suggestions. The wings are awesome btw, try them when you are there! The day of the party went well. I can say the check in process was a little chaotic. But besides that, everything else flowed easily thereafter. The staff we had assigned to our party were great. BIG THANK YOU to Alex, our host for that day. She was super sweet and attentive. So engaging with the children too! I had multiple people from my party comment on how amazing she was. All in all, my son and our guests had a great time. We will definitely be back! :) read more

This place is so awesome. There is so much to do and the staff is amazing.. Angelise, Felicia and Andrew were so welcoming and gave us great customer service. my granddaughter was 9 and every place for a party was "done". when this trampoline park opened we booked her party immediately. There aren't enough great words to express how amazing her entire party was. the kids were sweating, laughing, jumping, climbing, playing games and so much more,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was amazing. the place was immaculate, the staff was so helpful and well trained. I am really at a loss to praise this establishment. We had pizza, as much as they wanted, popcorn, cake, ice cream and some other goodies. Jewelz got a T-shirt and all the children got not slippy socks. they ran and played and laughed. I could not keep up with them. I did however, fall into a pit and was totally unable to get out. was so hysterical!!!!!! the staff was very helpful in getting me out without any embarrassment. what fun we all had. the only comment I can make that is not 100% is that the food court needs some attention. especially the coffee, and more experienced staff. It was a little pricey, but you know how the expression goes ...."you get what you pay for". worth EVERY PENNY!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Went with my daughter and her friends, they had a blast. The staff members were awesome from the minute we walked in, until the very last min, which was midnight. The staff on the trampolines were so involved with the kids and the parents and i really enjoyed it. Ill be back soon! Thanks George for the drink! Joe read more

I was visiting from Florida for the holidays and booked a party last minute here for my 5 year old son. My son and our guests had the best time. Brianna and Valeria were great hostess and very attentive to our needs. The kids had a great time with all the trampolines , the obstacle courses, and dodgeball games. The gifted game card to my guest came in handy one of them won a switch 3 from the vending machines. Hands down great place to throw a party everyone had a great time. George (manager) thanks for the great time!! Will definitely recommend Launch to our family and friends read more

We went to your Queens location for our son's Birthday. He had a phenomenal time. Our son was so happy. They went above and beyond to make sure my son had an experience and boy did they achieved this goal. Our son and us will always remember yesterday. They played its your birthday song for him, they gave him a bag of candy, they gave him a pass for games and a free pass for next visit. What more could we ask for, absolutely nothing, EVERYTHING was PERFECT!! Melanie, Trenece, George and Brandon were PHENOMENAL!!! I wish every business had these wonderful human beings to work for them. They EXCEEDED OUR SON AND OUR EXPECTATIONS... WE OWE IT ALL TO THEM!!! Staff was amazing And attentive to the kids ! Birthday party prep was quick and amazing !

So where do I begin. On Saturday 10/8/2022 I threw my granddaughter a party at this place. The host for the party was very rude and unprofessional. This place is overly priced, I ordered pepperoni pizza, I received what they considered pizza ( thick crust, a dap of sauce and a dap of cheese) before the host try to make it right he kept saying well you ordered cheese pizza. The party room was horrible, the paint on the walls was chipped, the room just didn't sit well with me. The have us cheap poor quality PAPER PLATES, ran out of spoons the host brings me plastic knives said that's all they have. I was charged for people who filled out the waiver for their children, but wasn't present. Despite Carlo the rep who confirmed my reservation I give this place a 5 and that's for the trampoline. Oh not to mention when booking online, my fiancé made the deposit with his AMEX, It was never mentioned that the Amex needed to be present for final payment, the RUDE HOST turned to me and said well if nobody told you just pay cash, he was rude and unprofessional. My honest opinion his behavior towards myself and my guest showed racism. read more

I really wanted to like this place as I think it was much needed in the queens area. However, the issue visiting yesterday was the low class people this place attracted. NOT Launch's fault who showed up but what is their issue and what could have avoided numerous issues people were having was the staff being better trained. Every other trampoline place I've been to there are staff members in each section telling people 1 to a square and to walk in between when moving to another or exiting. My daughter got trampled by some big kid. Then some obnoxious people were in the 6 and under dodgeball area. I told the girl after she hit my kid in the head that she wasn't 6 and under and she tells the adults she's with. She starts cursing throwing middle finger up In front of all these children and the adults she was with were just as bad as she was. They start telling me that I shouldn't tell her she needed to get out of the 6 and under area! Ha. Now you can see what I was dealing with. The girl was about 15 years old. No guidance there. As for Launch - no staff member was ever in that area. Perhaps if they trained their employees, situations like these wouldn't arise. Until then - I'm steering clear of this place. I shouldn't have to be worried about getting into fights because they aren't doing their job. read more

Late review but nonetheless I didn't forget. I purchased a package deal to celebrate my twin boys birthday with a few friends. To my disappointment there was absolutely NO WORKING BATHROOMS. Nobody told me this until one of my kids had to go. I spent over 200.00 on a place that had no working bathrooms with a bunch of kids. I wasn't happy at all. I don't appreciate the manager GEORGE Y telling me that NOBODY TELLING ME THERE WAS NOT BATHROOMS IS FALSE, very unprofessional!! First of all you were not even there to hear or see what your staff said or didn't say. Furthermore although it's a late post it's a very ACCURATE ONE. read more

Fun place but very expensive they want you to pay for socks even if you have and you have to sign a waiver
