A true 5/5 dining experience! Walking into a bustling restaurant and getting seated right away was a delight. The ambiance was clean and romantic. With dim lighting and minimalistic decor, I was happy to dine inside. Right away we ordered drinks, appetizers and our main course. Our waiter reassured us that we could have our main course come out later so that we don't feel rushed eating. That was much appreciated! Our drinks were strong and tasty. You can't go wrong with any of the cocktails. As for appetizers, the Calamari was crispy, with nice seasoning and the Filet Mignon was so tender. A must try when coming here. For our main, we shared the Lobster pasta & the Cesar salad. Both were a great combination! The seafood was fresh & had a flavorful sauce. We ended the night with the Butter-cake dessert. All in all, I send high compliments to the staff and chef. It was a pleasure dining here and every aspect contributed to a perfect date night. read more

Food is good Service was good. I suggest that if you try it out you will be pleased. Try it you will probably go again

Came here for a family lunch with a large party. We had two vegeterians and different dietary restrictions. Menu is really diverse and everything sounds delicious. Had to decide between salads, sandwiches, burgers and entrees. Chose a Caesar salad and lobster bisque. Food was delicious. Our service was excellent. It's a nice upper scale restaurant with a bar. This is a great lunch option. read more

Had an excellent dining experience at the new restaurant in Camarillo- Latitude 34. We started with the margarita flight. The three margaritas were very good. Liked the jalapeño margarita best. The prickly pear and lemon lime ones were good as well. The lobster bisque was delicious. Will order again. For the main entree the lobster seafood pasta was done so well. The lobster tail, sea bass, shrimp and mussels were all prepared to perfection. I don't usually order dessert. However I'm glad I did this time. The French beignets were truly out of this world. They're better than the ones in New Orleans. The beignets are served with a super delicious Amarena cherry gelato topped with fresh strawberries. Wow! Tempted to go back and just have the beignets again. Buen Provecho. read more

My girlfriend and I love going to this place! The food is great, they have good drinks, the service is nice and the restaurant itself is very clean. My favorite dish here is the ahi tuna, but I would be perfectly happy eating anything else on the menu. If you're in the area or you have visitors from out of town, I'd recommend bringing them here. They have a good mix of seafood and non seafood so there will be something for everyone here. Oh and did I mention that they have a wide variety of deserts also? read more

Food was delicious and beautifully plated. We had a variety of appetizers, from fish tacos to tartar to crab cakes, and all were plentiful and filling, did not leave us still hungry. Also had a cup of the soup of the day, a blended green soup which included broccolini, and yummy. Gorgonzola sprinkled on top with croutons. So good. Even the iced tea was perfectly made. I don't eat sugar, but my friends had the bread pudding and couldn't stop oooh- ing and ahhh-ing and Mmmm-ing. And to top it off, our experience was made extra special because we had great service. A server who knew the menu and wasn't afraid to give her opinions. It helped us make choices, which were otherwise difficult because everything sounded so good. Thank you latitude 34 in Camarillo California. read more

The food and atmosphere are fantastic! The happy hour is great especially the Steak Bites and Caesar Salad served on an ice cold plate. Our server Theresa was knowledgeable and attentive. Was pleasantly surprised finding a great happy hour spot at the outlets in Camarillo! Happy hour starts at 3pm and is only available at the bar or outdoor seating. Luckily it was a beautiful day and great weather. Patio seating was perfect! Service was a little slow although the restaurant wasn't busy. I ordered a house red wine and the filet mignon bites and Brussel sprouts. The portions were perfect for 1 person to get full! The filet mignon was a little chewy but the marinade was divine along with all of the Korean inspired sides. Will definitely be back with more people to enjoy and taste more things. read more

Had reservations and upon showing up, the process was a breeze. Our party was seated, servers were superb, super friendly and accommodating. Perfect location right off the 101 in the outlet. Parking is plentiful. The establishment is clean and modern. Placed orders for drinks and our meal, no complaints. I ordered the Monte cristo sandwich and a side of pazole. Both were delicious! I definitely recommend if you've been eyeing this place to try it. Will return! read more

Came for apps & drinks with the fam & had a ball. My mom insisted on trying the seasonal salad & baked brie & boy was she right. I'm not gonna lie, I wish the baked brie was available all the time because let me tell you, it's addictive. The drinks were A1, I love me a good spicy margarita. I wish I remembered our waitress' name because she was THE SWEETEST. I'll be sure to grab her name next time I see her. The ambiance is classy but casual. I'll be back asap. read more

Went to make happy hour and live music, had 20 minutes left of happy hour after a long day of work. Came up and asked to sit outside and the host/manager i think, said 5-10 minutes. A new group of two came in and said "what are the chances us of sitting outside right now" and they proceeded to sit the new group of 2 in front of us immediately and said nothing to us while proceeding to make wait. Ended up leaving So rude. read more

We went for happy hour and sat on the patio. It was a little cool and our waitress, Katie, immediately pulled a heater near our table. The patio is lovely and quiet. The Mac and cheese with chicken was delicious! The drinks were also very good, and the white chocolate bread pudding was the best bread pudding I've ever had! Katie provided great service and told us about the music on the patio on Thursday nights. It was a great experience! We'll definitely be back. read more

Normally we don't go out on busy nights but we were pleasantly surprised at Latitude 34 for New Year's Eve dinner. It's a beautiful little restaurant tucked in the corner of the outlet mall. The place was pact but that did not affect the service. The waitstaff was on point, all of our food arrived very quickly and it was one of the best meals I've ever had. My beef Wellington was cooked to perfection and just melted in my mouth. We started with the ceviche which we litterly devoured! It was so delicious. The sides were delicious and again cooked perfectly. Many places undercook the vegetables but these were perfect. We were so full that we ordered the dessert flight to go and it did not disappoint. Lots of little goodies all perfectly made. I will definitely be back. read more

Came in for a bday dinner and didn't have the best or worst experience. I'm the type of person that has a hard time deciding what to eat and I didn't get much guidance. No favorite dishes from the waitress or possible pairings with dishes. The drink I went with was the Whiskey Honey & Lemon. You could never go wrong with Basil Hayden's whiskey. The drink had a sage leaf in it and unfortunately I got no hints of sage unless I stuck my nose in the drink. As you can see in my picture from the moment I got my drink the ice ball was already looking like a melting snow ball. I'll pass on drinks next visit. I went with the Roasted Jodori Chicken. The dish was amazing, broccolini was cooked perfect. Chicken tasted a little dry the mash potatoes added great flavor to the dry chicken. read more

Can't believe it took us, Camarillo locals, this long to try this place. We loved it! Here's what we tried. Drinks Raspberry drop- very good Whiskey Honey- Nice drink, would order again after trying a few other things first Mule- I didn't get to try but my husband enjoyed it. Food Lobster bisque- Got this to start. It was awesome, I would 100% order this again. Probably everytime LOL Birria tacos- Very good and reasonable price. Mac and cheese- Very good and not just for kids. Braised short rib- AMAZING, favorite thing I had. I paired this with the risotto. 5 stars! Lobster Shrimp Scampi- This was OK, husband said he will try something else next time. Check out prices if that's a concern for you. Not a casual dining place but worth the money. Service was OK, nothing wrong just our server didn't know much about the items or able to give recommendations. Maybe check out Yelp (here you are) in advance. Will return here many more times. read more

Well Camarillo, you've done it now. What was once a town of basic fast food eateries has turned into Ventura County's destination of top gastropubs and eateries. The pleasant addition of Latitude 34 only benefits all who visit Camarillo to dine. The interior is simple yet chic. The black table and chairs with white walls are positioned in symmetrical order that make the dining area larger than it really is. The bar area top is clean with 2 HD TVs for sports viewing pleasure. In my 2 visits, I sat in the bar area where Happy Hour applies daily (Saturday & Sunday as well) from 3-6pm. The HH menu is a wide variety of bar food but each prepared with culinary skill and care. The calamari was perfectly fried with the sliced chiles carefully placed (not dumped) on top. For me, the best value is the Chef Alex's Tacos; 3 for $12. The double tortilla is fresh and the "meat of the day" is seasoned perfectly. The Bacon Cheddar Burger was prepared like a top notch steakhouse meal: crisp bacon, salted caramelized onions, and a seared patty that hit my preferred medium-rare temperature perfectly. It was as if Ronald McDonald asked for his Big Mac to be pimped out and it this was the result; glorious gluttony. The Fish and Chips are made from sea bass (not the usual cod) but still provides the best flaky white fish that is needed for a crispy fried batter. My only disappointment was the Lobster Crab Bisque. On my 2 visits, I ordered it each time since I really enjoy any type of seafood bisque. The flavor and texture of each bowl was perfect; great flavor, texture, and each time came out piping hot. The downside was that each bowl that was served to me did not have a single piece of lobster or shrimp; it did have an abundance of croutons but no seafood protein of any kind. Now maybe this is how the bisque is prepared/served here but every other eatery that I've had a bowl, there was some resemblance of seafood in it. Hopefully they will remedy this in the future. Despite bisque faux pas, I really enjoyed each of my visits to L34. Each bartender is wonderful with a great sense of humor. Make sure to ask for the Caymus wine or Macallan 18 HH price to get a sly look and sneer in your direction; always a good laugh. Enjoy a good meal and drink here at L34, it's worth your time. read more

We decided to try this place based on Yelp reviews and because my husband heard it was a good place to try through a trusted colleague. P.S. As long as it's never the colleague who suggested one of worst movies I've ever seen while dating my now husband. I thought my husband liked the movie at the time and thought of ways to ditch him because I couldn't spend another minute watching it . There was no ride share services at the time, and he had driven. Another story for another time though. We decided to go for Happy Hour. They had several of the same things on the regular menu on the Happy Hour menu for several dollars off. We ordered filet mignon bites, onion rings, beef sliders, and roasted Brussels sprouts. The filet mignon bites were amazing. They had a glaze on them that added flavor and they also came with a small side of noodles. This was probably my favorite food we ordered. The beef sliders came with cheese and bacon, and tomato and lettuce on the side. There was also a a small side of French fries. The beef tasted very fresh, and I enjoyed gobbling them up. The French fries were your standard fries, slightly salted, The roasted Brussels were very delicious, especially since they were soaked and served in their own juices. They had a very nicely seasoned crunch, and I found myself eating these more than the fries or onion rings. The fourth and final food was ordered was onion rings. They were your standard onion rings and I couldn't say there was anything special about them. We were seated outside for a Happy Hour since the bar was full. It was a little cold, but there were heaters nearby. The place was pretty full when we got there at 5pm, so if you want to order for Happy Hour and want a space at the bar, try to get there earlier (Happy Hour is 3-6, M-F). My husband ordered the L-34 mule and the Rye Old Fashioned that was smoked. He thought the L-34 mule was "okay" and the Rye Old Fashioned was amazing. It really was "smoking," so great presentation. I ordered the "Dew Drop" and the "Roasted S'mores Marini." The Dew Drop was delicious. If you like martinis that are semi-sweet, you'll like this. And the Roaster S'mores Martinis is a great chocolate dessert drink. They plop in a marshmallow and "roast it" by setting fire to it. The rim has graham crackers. The drink was delicious and the presentation was phenomenal! Props to our waiter, Jose. He gave excellent advice and delivered our food with confident aplomb. Most of all, he made us laugh several times. He's definitely a 5 star waiter and experience! So why not the full 5 stars? We weren't fully satisfied with the portion sizes of the filet Mignon bites and the prices. Also that we had to sit outside in the cold and couldn't sit at the bar since it was full. There were full tables available, but I guess that was for the "regular menu people." But overall, a great place to try. We will be going there again, for sure. Thanks for great service, Jose, and great food Latitude 34! read more
