I tried making an appointment for a Saturday at 11 am, but the text confirmation said 10 am. I…read moreasked them what time to be sure, since I was driving from further away. She confirmed 10 am. When I arrived 5-10 min early, the place wasn't open yet. A few minutes after 10 am, I went in and there were 2 other girls sitting there. They had also made an appointment for 10 am. The person providing lashes looked at her phone schedule, and saw that it was my name listed for 10 am, not the other ladies. She asked the other ladies if they could come back later in the afternoon, and they said no. There was a definite language barrier, as I watched the lash technician call her boss and speak in Mandarin. I finally agreed to come back in the afternoon at 12:30. I drove away, and came back at 12:30. The technician was out to lunch when I got there. I walked around the plaza for 10 min until she returned. When she did my lashes, I did notice that it wasn't as precise as other places. This was only my second time trying out lash extensions, but the first place I went to had magnifying lights for the technicians to use. In any case, these lashes felt extremely stiff when I finished, and the eyes were not symmetric (many of the lashes were pointing in all different directions on my right eye, but the left eye looked ok). When I was getting ready to leave, she asked for a tip. On one hand, I believe in tipping for good service. On the other, I was quite disappointed at having to reschedule (even though my appointment was confirmed, not the other customers'), her not being there when I came for the return appointment, and the asymmetry of the lashes. Not wanting to turn this into a huge deal, I just dropped a tip in her jar and left. When I got home, I noticed that some of the extensions were glued to each other, instead of a single extension to a single lash as expected. The couple days, several of the lashes became semi-dislodged such that they'd curve around and poke me. This issue was primarily with my right eye, which had looked more disorganized to begin with. These lashes also looked more synthetic and were stiffer than the lashes at another salon I tried. They've fallen out much quicker than the other time I had extensions, too. Overall, this was disappointing and I won't be coming back.

My initial…read moreappointment went great and I was so pleased with my lashes as they were extremely natural looking. And the whole appointment only took about 45 minutes. 2 weeks later majority of my lashes fell out...in clumps. I posted a picture here but the company had it removed. There were clusters of 3-4 lashes glued together falling out at a time. These are lashes that are supposed to be individually applied. I called Lash Lounge to explain my situation and they told me to come in for a refill of lashes. Upon entering for my refill bother Erica and her assistant proceeded to confront me telling me how immature and childish it was to post a picture on Yelp, and that I should have called. Hmm, I'm pretty sure I DID call and that's the reason I was there for a refill. Great business, huh? LOL. They told me that that they didn't need any "negative energy", and that I should go else where and request a refund for the deal I had purchased. Isn't Yelp here for us to provide HONEST REVIEWS and EXPERIENCES we have with a company so thay others can make an iINFORMED DECISION!? When I said this they responded saying Yelp is a SCAM. This place has no sense of BUSINESS ETHIC. It's a joke. All this over a picture of the work THEY DID.I gave them a chance to fix the botched lash job. If they weren't willing to they shouldn't have scheduled a refill in the first place. Please beware of this company!

My experience started off with them calling me to ask if I was going to come to my 11 am appt at 8 in the morning. The call went to voicemail because I was asleep but as soon as I got the message I called them to say I was still coming. When I arrived to the location the building was abandoned so I immediately called the number that called me earlier. They did not answer so I left a message and waited for a call back. While I was waiting to men cleaning the windows of the building came up to my car and asked me if I was waiting for someone. I asked them about the company and asked if they had moved. They said no this space had been vacant for two months. So I decided to call back, when I did the owner answered and said oh you never answered the call so we canceled your appt. I was so pissed at this point! I was like I called you back! Anddddd this building is not even open sooooo wtf! He was like ma'am let me call you back. This fool called back and was like oh the technician is busy now and will need to take you at another time. At this point in livid! Like whhhhereee was I even suppose to go ? It's CLOSED DOWN!! He said that he would have to give me the address to go to Bottom line is don't buy this Groupon it's a scam I don't really know what they are doing over there but something is not right. I have actually gone to this location a while back and my experience was fine no issues at all but they need to be upfront with their business practices/ location. I understand that during the pandemic a lot of technicians were working from different locations or what not but hellllo let someone know. So for all the grammatical error I'm heated!
