Lasertron is one of the coolest and most fun places ever and i have a blast every time I make it here. I attended a Yelp event recently and I made it back again a few times now to try some of their new and exciting laser tag games. They're always a blast for people of all ages and the cyber sport (which I'm horrendous) at is a great time too. They've got adult tricycles and mini golf outside during warmer months which I look forward to trying. As for pricing, this place is seriously unbeatable for the value. $18 dollars gets you a single attraction (cyber sport/laser tron) and $23 gets you a second one. So it's pretty obvious you're doing two otherwise you're wasting money. On top of that, for an additional 2 dollars you get 5 dollars in arcade credits AND you get to use your card for one additional free attraction every day for a month following your 2 attraction payment. Are you kidding me? It's almost too good to be true and yet it is! On top of that the staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. They've got food (great pizza) drinks, video games, and they host parties and events for people of all ages. They're very busy on weekend nights and on buy one get one half off Wednesday special night. Come play and have a good time you won't be disappointed. read more

Visiting here as an adult is surely a much different experience than what I remember as a child. The place has been totally updated. The bright colored folding cafeteria tables have been transformed into sleek black and silver bar tables with stools. They also offer go-karts and minigolf now, too. The whole card issuing system has been updated too. I remember going in this place and having to wait for my handwritten lasertron card to be laminated for me. Now, they give you a card with a QR code that you register on a computer and add your photo to it with the webcam. I was super impressed with the updates. They have a full bar - which I enjoyed after running around for an half an hour playing laser tag with some kids less than half my age. My group of friends sat there afterward and enjoyed a pizza and some beers. The pizza was absolutely terrible but I wasn't expecting much out of the food there. Either way, I had a great time with my friends. This is one of those places that I couldn't go to very often but maybe once every few years I would have a good time. read more

It has been about 8 years since the first time I experienced Lasertron, and I feel that this time around was just as well organized as my previous visit. The first time I came to Lasertron was with my younger cousins, and we had a blast chasing down the other team with our laser guns, trying to invade their home base and score points for our team. Not much has changed in 8 years, although I do not remember receiving print out scores on how many points each player scored, what the accuracy of their shots were, and where the points were scored. Bonus points for these take home statistics. For those unfamiliar with Lasertron, this family fun center offers 24 minute sessions of laser tag, which you must call ahead and make a reservation for a specific time slot. You must arrive early, so you can attend the 15 minute pregame briefing, where you are given instruction as to how the laser gun work, how the game is played, and all the rules and regulations. I found this process very efficient, and extremely well organized, despite all the chaos that ensues with tons of kids everywhere! I'm not sure of the age limitations, but adults and children are allowed to play, and the rules of the game - no running, only walking allowed - or absolutely no physical contact - are closely monitored, with time penalties or extraction from the game if necessary. For pre and post laser tag entertainment, video games, skee ball, air hockey, and other arcade related games are available. Ample space is available for birthday parties, and a small selection of snacks and food is offered as well. The venue is very bright, and clean. Plenty of parking is available, and the check in process is automated, which makes for easy and efficient information gathering. My nephews and I had a blast, and I can foresee us coming back next time I'm in town for another rematch. I can't let a 10 year old score more point than myself, now can I??? read more

My kids have a blast here. And once they get into the game area, it's fantastic. My main issue is it's a little pricey, and it's incredibly disorganized in the lobby. There's really no system. You mill around in the crowd (who ALWAYS stand right in front of the doors). Once you fight your way through that, and people cutting you off to get to the desk (the employees are really nice, but the clients are very rude), you sign in with the clerk. After that, it's great. My tip would be to do something about the lobby area. My son had his birthday party there, and they asked for a review. I gave pretty much the same review as I have here. They were very apologetic of the cluster mess in the lobby, and to make up for it, they sent us about 8 free passes. And it wasn't even a bad review, just an observation on how they could improve. Laser tag is great when you have a big team. The more I played the more techniques I learned. Some of the equipment malfunctioned when I was here. One of the bases stopped charging packs, before a game would even start some of the players would be in negative, and others have points. Sometimes if a gun was charged it would immediately have to be recharged. When we questioned the attendant, he said due to all of the lasers hitting sensors the equipment randomly fails. Kind of a bummer considering the cost and since it is not credited towards a future game. It still is a great time, and in spite of the "no running" rule, it is a great workout. I learned to take my time and stay near the base. The mini golf didn't seem to have many people at night on a Thursday. That may be a good time for taking your time as you play. The courses seem to be made a little easy because my par was usually 3 or less. The gokarts are electronically controlled. If you bump your fellow karters often they will slow you down. Thursdays was the Triple Play special, buy 3 for the price of 2. There are also food specials on this night. Check out their website! Friday's are Free mini golf for ladies after 7p. Lasertron, oh how nice a place you are. This is my second time coming here, but both times I've only done the Laser tag which is lots of fun! Hope to come back next time to do more than just that. I enjoyed going there with the Yelp community, and happy to have met a few new yelpers. It was a great event planned, and looking forward to many more while I am here. Besides its being a little expensive, overall the service there is great and the workers are very friendly. Especially like to thank the staff who helped us out during our event during both games. Lasertron is really fun for the game itself but the food and beverages leave something to be desired. They're lacking in arcade games as well. Be aware the sales people are very pushy to the point of being rude when buying passes. I love this place. Large open spaces so even when it is busy you don't feel it. Did not play laser tag but we spent a good amount of time playing games in the arcade. They have a large variety or skill games for all ages. Out side they no longer have go karts, but now have large tricycles for adults to race. The snack bar was your usual casual foods. Pizza, hot pretzels, and bottled beers. My niece and nephew love coming here and will invest in the membership this winter to stay active. read more

Lasertron was great when we were kids... and equally great as adults! We tend to stick to the later time slots now so we aren't inundated with the under-18 crowd, but it's a great workout (even with the "walking only" rule, you'll work up a sweat) and with the addition of a full bar, there's more to do in between sessions. I wrote a review regarding the negative experience my grandchildren had due to what I felt was a lack a of supervision and I felt that their safety was at risk. I was very upset as my grandchildren were. There were individuals in their teens who were physically aggressive towards my grandchildren ages 8,8,10 and 11. I received a call from Brad regarding the incident. I am very impressed. Brad took my concerns seriously and wants to ensure the incident my grandchildren experienced would never happen again and wants to make sure the sessions are safe for everyone. I feel He addressed the issue with his referees and the safety of our children is a priority. I am not sure my grandchildren will go back, but I think others are safe and I hope the lasertron experience is a good one and all that you anticipated it to be. read more

We experienced the worst customer service ever. The place was empty and the manager was argumentative and dismissive of our needs. He would not accommodate the simplest of requests. This managers unwillingness to provide any kind of customer service will make us think twice before going. He made us Sing happy birthday to my son in the parking lot because we couldn't being a small cookie cake in. He was rude and ignorant during every interaction. I love lasertron! During the winter months this past year my family and I came here every weekend. We bought the monthly pass so you could get 2 free attractions every day. This was honestly the best decision I've ever made! This place isn't just for kids it's honestly a great place for older people to go and have fun as well. Normally we did lasertron and we did cyber sport once. I honestly prefer lasertron because they always switch up the game their playing. They also have other attractions like the big wheels and I believe mini golf. Unfortunately we didn't go during the summer to play either of those attractions but we will be back to buy the monthly passes this winter!!! The staff is so friendly never had a problem with any of them. The food also isn't that bad especially the French fries and chicken tenders they actually taste pretty decent. Myself and two friends waited for 45 min for a session, which was okay because it was clear they were busy. We were in the staging room waiting to go in the game. After we went in and had our vests on as per the instructions on the board, they came in and told us that there was a mistake and we weren't in the game. They ended up refunding our money with no explanation. We walked out and I downloaded Yelp just for this review. I've been here several times over the years and I can say that I've never had a bad time. This place is unique in Buffalo in that offers a laser tag experience indoors. It is really fun and the people there are always switching up the special abilities and play area so you experience something new every time you go. We had my sons birthday party this weekend. What an exceptional value. All the kids had fun. Super simple booking. Our party captain explained the order of events. The kids played 4 games total. When they were done playing, all drinks and food were ready to go once we got back to our table. I especially enjoyed the fact the parents were given a gift card to enjoy 2 free adult beverages and a $10 arcade credit. There were so many free enticements to return for future visits. Each party attendee received a free month membership to come back everyday for the next month to play 1 attraction free. That was a great addition to the loot bags. We received a free coffee mug, pen, lasertron visit and sport attraction for 10 people with each person getting a complimentary beverage. We really could not go wrong with all that additional value!!! The price was comparable to other party venues. Everyone raved about how good the pizza was too, even the picky eaters!! Very fun, they have a lot of group options and they always make sure you play with a large group if you are just there with a couple people. It is a lot of fun but they tend to let VERY small children play which, is nice for them but kind of crappy if you are one of the MANY adults there that are "not" running around the arena to play laser tag. I love to play games at Lasertron. I have been an active member since May 2017. I have formed warm friendships with people playing lasertag games regularly or just once, no matter what background they came from. However, one incident has made me think twice about having my membership any more. When I played the 7 pm session of the HQ game on April 21 2019, a woman in the opposite team stood still right under one of the HQs on the side of the bridge between the first and second floors in the arena. When our team members, including me, approached that HQ, she said that everyone should be five feet away from her even though she run out of energy and pulses (her pack was completely turned off). When I heard her say that, I told her that standing still without active action, while announcing no one from the opposite team should approach the HQ by the excuse of five feet rule, was not suitable for this game. After saying this, I went back to recharge. When I recharged and was almost back to this HQ (on the top of the lower ramp), this woman suddenly popped up from the upper ramp and blocked my way to the HQ, yelling that everyone should be away from her by five feet. Because her sudden movement from nowhere, she bumped into me. She immediately cried out for the referee. As I was knocked out by her sudden push, I cried out for the referee as well. In reality, due to the physical obstacles set up by the setting and dark light in the arena, no one could see anyone purposely hiding in the upper ramp when he/she walked on the lower ramp from the first floor. If someone purposely hid in the upper ramp, no one would have had a way to even predict it either. However, this woman lied to the referee saying I bumped into her first. No matter how I explained to the manager, the manager sided with the woman's wrongful claims without any solid and objective proof (video footage, witness testimony, etc.). I was given the penalty of not playing games for a month. I love the staff working in the lasertron who treat people fairly and friendly and there are many of them. I have written them two thank-you notes for their excellent help and service. In any event, I came to Lasertron for fun and mutual respect, NOT for insults; I paid a membership for fair management and sane judgement. If Lasertron can not listen to both sides of a disagreement, I would rather go to Buffalo Battleground and other fair places for respect and fun. Therefore, I have cancelled my membership. read more

Decided to come to this place because we have a membership. Experience sucked ass. Dude with a Justin Bieber haircut kicked me and my friend out of a game because of a bs reason. Apparently we didn't want to "play the game" because we were on opposite teams and talking to each other. Well if it weren't for the lazy staff members maybe we would enjoy it. Normally they let you switch teams, but the staff was too lazy to do so. There was only 2 minutes left in the last game, and the guy decided to kick us out because we were talking. Maybe if you switched our teams, we would like it better? Don't spend money here if you are with other people, because they won't switch teams for you. I recently planned a bachelor party in buffalo and the groom wanted to play some laser tag, so I booked Cyber Sport and Laser tag. We had a blast playing both games, our manager who took care of us was great, the food was surprisingly very good as well. My only complaint was this guy at the front desk who was kind of a jerk. I booked us for 6 o'clock, but later changed it on the website to 7. Now maybe it didn't go through or something, but it all worked out. He was a bit unpleasant about it all when he didn't need to because he said at the end of his little rant that "It all worked or though". That's my only complaint.
