A great place to hold a birthday celebration. Fun and activity for kids which also gives them a good exercise! Kids enjoy running and playing. This place is a pretty fun place to go to. It's a good place for children's birthday parties. Also they have a few arcade games and this large device where a group of people has to dodge this light on the floor and whoever is the last one to not be bumped by the light wins. Lastly, if I recall they have this indoor mountain climbing for anyone who wants to try out. There's only 2 things that sucks about this place, which is that their price is kind of high up there, especially for only 15 minutes per game. The other thing is that since they often hold children's birthday parties here, it's often a bad place to go since it'll most likely be jam packed with kids and you won't be able to play with your buddies. So unless if you have a good $20 to waste on JUST for yourself if you wanted to play more than one game, then it's a good place to visit. read more

The site located in an office district of North Vancouver just off the Dollarton Hwy. contains a jungle gym, rock climbing, dance floor, a few video games, laser tag and a snack bar. So I was visiting Vancouver for the weekend and decided to go laser tagging at this establishment. WARNING: This place is not meant for anyone above the age of 7 years of age. The staff was extremely condescending. I originally wanted to play free for all with the other two friends i brought here. Instead, the employees used broken vests and played against us, not allowing us to score any points and calling us names after every shot they took. The other two friends i brought do not talk to me anymore because they do not want to recall the memories we had at this place. Our laser guns were also semi automatic while their guns were full auto. While my anger was growing, i decided to look at the score board, to my amazement, our score was a zero while the employees score was 20,000. I plan to invite the employees to a real laser tag establishment for a rematch with equal vests. read more

I had a birthday party for 17 children that came to $617 (plus tax). It included three laser tag games, then upstairs to for pizza and pop (included 3 pizzas and 3 jugs of pop). The kids were allowed a few minutes in the jungle gym before the party started. The party leader gathered them up 3 minutes before the start time and ushered them into laser tag. Three kids had yet to show up (would've been nice to wait the 3 minutes to start). After three games, the kids had to line up and wait to go upstairs. The leader walked them up to a metal table where the kids ate pizza and had pop. The kids were done with 30 minutes to go. We were the only people in the venue and the kids asked if they could play in the play structure. We were told no, that would be extra so we had to stay in the area with the table. In the past, they've been flexible with allowing the kids in the gym but not this time. The leader moved the tables to the wall and led the kids in a Simon Says game. At $36/head (plus tax), I found it way overpriced. I couldn't bring myself to pay more for a kid's party, and felt it should include the jungle gym...especially in a situation where there was no one in the jungle gym. read more

We had 30 fully grown adults play an hour of laser tag for a joint birthday party. The customer service alone was worth 5 stars. But the venue itself was so awesomely thought out and well maintained. Used a Groupon here today for four 11 year old boys. There was a bit of a line up when we arrived, but it moved fairly quickly and in less than 8 minutes, it was our turn. We were warmly greeted by the owner, and processed quickly. We missed our booked time because of the line up but only had to wait 6 minutes before the next game started. No biggie. The boys were taken in by an attendant and I got to relax for an hour (3 games)! 15 minutes of rock climbing were included and the attendant was very helpful in gearing them up and in tending to their needs as they climbed. I found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly. A day of screaming, rambunctious kids would fray MY nerves, but not so with the staff here! I've hosted a birthday party here in the past as well, and remember being very happy about how the staff managed everything from the kids to the accommodations upstairs. It can get quite busy here, as it is a very popular place with the kids, but the staff seem organized and under control. Yes, the laser tag floor space is a bit smaller than other facilities, but the service and extra activities (rock climbing, light space, 2 arcade games, etc.) make up for it! read more

They did all the set up and cleaning up so we didn't have to do anything but to watch the kids have fun. He even gave us free coffee while we waited. Just got back from a great afternoon at the Laserdome Plus with my two children and twelve of their closest friends - honestly I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is helpful, flexible and generous. It was a school-based Pro D-Day so we were some of the only people there and the employees were upbeat, and very kid-friendly. The place is really clean, considering how highly used it is. I think we've been to Laserdome Plus about 6-8 times now, including a birthday party we once hosted there, and the kids always leave happy and excited about how much fun they've had. Today we had fourteen children with us, ranging in age from 5-9, playing Laser Tag, Space Jungle and Rock Climbing and there was not a single problem for the two hours we were there (nine of the kids played three games of laser tag - well over an hour's worth of entertainment). Because the younger kids had to wait for a while for the older kids to finish rock climbing, the manager spontaneously opened up the Light Space and let them play on it (for free!) while they waited for the other kids to finish Rock Climbing. Really nice touch! (It's important to note that if you are using a Groupon or other social voucher, you need to follow the terms and conditions and MAKE A RESERVATION. I would imagine that, without one, there'd be a bit of waiting around on a busy day.) I have no hesitation in giving them five stars! We'll be back! read more

Really, the only down side to this place is that it is LOUD. Other than that, my husband and my son love coming here for laser tag and I regularly set up playdates for my son in the jungle gym. The owners are wonderful, beyond brilliant service. They sometimes offer us free coffee when it's quiet towards the end of the day, they're diligent and efficient in getting chaotic groups of birthday party kids through. They care about safety, and the icing on the cake... the owner found my mobile phone that I lost at the very top of the jungle gym. Yay! So glad this place is within walking distance of our house. read more

I was there for a 6 year old's birthday party with my 6 year old who was a bit scared at first, so I went in with her to show her what to aim at, to hide, etc. I was there for a few minutes and was about to leave her to play as she got the hang of it when this extremely unfriendly and quite frankly rude male teenaged staff comes to tell me how I am not being fair to the other players because I am "hiding" her tags and I can't do that. The tone used was completely inappropriate. I then started to explain that she's 6, I'm showing her with no intention to shield her targets and I am leaving in case he misunderstood what I was doing (he really should have asked and offered help) and to my dismay, he kept on berating me on how unfair I am. I then stood up (I was kneeling next to my child) and asked him if he was serious at which point he continued to berate me. Terrible customer experience! No tact. Completely unbelievable behavior of a staff toward a customer. I will never spend any money at this establishment. read more

Brutal- very dirty and dated decor. The laser arena is so small! Although prices were a little steep, the staff were friendly but disorganized. Laser games were short and the place was more for little kids than preteens and older. My sons equipment broke down 3 times in one game and his friends broke twice. It was obvious the equipment's unreliable. My kids played at other laser tag places in Vancouver and we wont be back to this one. read more

Heard this place was good from other parents, so I brought the kids down for a couple hours. They had an amazing time in lasertag, and they loved the jungle gym that was there. The staff were very friendly and clearly well trained with children. The prices were a little high, but the kids had plenty of fun so it was worth it. This place was an absolute joke. After purchasing their Groupon deal that offered 15mins of rock climbing and jungle play, a free cookie and drink for two kids it was a complete waste of time. First off when we arrived we stood outside waiting for almost 10mins until after they decided to turn the open sign on and let us in..well after the time they were supposed to open. We got to the counter it was a little confusing as my sister and I were shocked at how small and little play space they had to offer. We went up to the counter and the guy was a little rude and too busy to answer our questions. After arriving at 12p (when they opened) we had to wait 1 hour for the kids to do the rock climbing (no idea why when we were the only ppl there) the kids ran and jumped around the jungle area and started to get bored. We asked about this other area where they have this floor light display and how it worked. They were too busy to assist us and kept telling us to wait. We paid $5 each for $15 mins of this game.. which was kinda fun for the short while. I got tired of waiting so i figured it out myself on how to start it. We then asked about laser tag which was going to cost another $11 ea. for only $15 mins but had to wait until around 2p due to repairs being done to it. After 1pm we asked if we could order some food and was told its not open on weekdays cause it's too expensive to keep the stove running??? (But they had just finished making pizza and hotdogs for the small birthday party they apparently had upstairs) there was lots of empty space and the kids were bored very quickly. We ended up leaving after 1 hour and the juice boxes and cookies that was incl in the Groupon were out of stock. (Not sure to why as the place was dead) We drove from Coquitlam to North Vanc for one of the worse experiences ever! Even the kids were disappointed. Only decent thing was the rock climbing but what a joke for service!!!! We will never go back!! My sister and I have posted on our FB on the experience we had!! Never again!! read more
