Is Laseraway more expensive than other laser establishments? Probably. But they treat you like a queen. Their impeccable customer service makes you feel that the money is well worth it. I used to go to SEV laser and they were friendly too, but it's like impossible to get an appointment, and there is no consultation or advice from them. LaserAway is a non-tipping service, so really the price is not that different with some of the special bundles they offer. Don't ever go to this location! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! This place called me at 12 when my appointment was at 12:30pm and they had asked me if I was coming in because I was late and that they had another appointment after me. I clearly told them that my appointment was at 12:30 and they tried to tell me it was at 12 and I was suppose to be there at 12. I was literally 10 minutes away from the location and they tried to cancel my appt. As soon as I got there I showed them my text message and email because they're the one who messed up on their part. I still ended up going and they seen me but only thing they did for me was numb me and had me wait for 1 hour and 30 mins all just to tell me I couldn't do the filler! This place is not organized. It makes no sense to numb someone first and then have them wait to see the nurse. You're supposed to look at past history and evaluate the patient first! This place is so terrible negative stars!!! Just had my 6th laser hair removal session and it was great as usual! CC is the best. So calming and makes sure there's absolutely no discomfort during the treatment. My favorite results so far are on my armpits since my hair was so thick. No discomfort and was really nice to have such a friendly face after this past year of world crazy. And getting the verbal rundown of what to be on the lookout for in the next couple of days and an opportunity to ask questions was appreciated. Front desk gals were Leslie and Mandy (I think). I forgot to write their names down and I don't have great name memory if I don't see it written. But I remember that they were very friendly on checkin to get my temp checked and then to get my next appointment scheduled after I was done. if I could give this location zero stars I would. two weeks ago I got Botox in my forehead and a little around my eyes. I realized today that my eyelid is drooping and is messed up! when I called them I was asked to take photos and text them. it wasn't until 2 hours later I was contacted by a girl who had literally no information about my case at all. She didn't explain what caused it, didn't know how long it will last, didn't even advise me to come in to look at it!! She then proceeded to tell me they were going to prescribe me meds and where's the best pharmacy....without even telling me anything about what medication, the effects, the longevity. The staff is completely incompetent. if you don't want to look like a Picasso painting after getting Botox, I suggest you go to a reputable plastic surgeon who knows what their doing and can actually correct their mistakes. read more

If you are considering Coolsculpting, please don't go here. The staff here consists of nurses and sales people. I was sold Coolsculpting and was told I was a candidate for the procedure. On my third session, the nurse informed me that I should have never been sold this service and I should not have been treated on. I ended up developing Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia, a permanent overgrowth of fat tissue. LaserAway refused to see me post treatment and in fact closed my account entirely, even though I had prepaid services of laser hair removal and Botox still in my bank. I had to contact Allergan directly. I spent over 40k dollars on corrective surgeries to fix the damage that was done to my body by their staff and under qualified nurses. They are greedy, all the care about is making a buck, don't fall for their,"HI GORGEOUS" MO. read more
