I went back there for laser tatoo removal treatment after COVID-19 happened. The space is throughly clean. The representative, Janeen explained the detail well and offered a great deal for me. She is very informative and confident so I felt comfortable to take a deal. Also another representative May is very sweet and attentive. She always checks to make sure that everything is ok. read more

Came in for laser hair removal with Cici. Great experience. I also had the pleasure of meeting Devyn. She was very knowledgeable and helped answer all of my questions. Love this location and will definitely be back for some more laser treatments. Already noticing a difference in hair reduction and the customer service here is top notch. 5-Stars! Thank you, ladies! read more

I would love to share how awesome Jackie Nguyen, lead patient coordinator has been during my experience with LaserAway in Mountain View. I am so grateful for her constant check ins and also the best deals she is able to bring me. I really appreciate their support and despite now living far away from this location, I still choose to go here due to their awesome services. Looking forward to continuing to invest in this area and appreciate all the support too! read more

I went in on 8/20/2024 for my first laser hair removal touch-up. I have never gone to this location & will never visit again. Normally, I get a text to rate my experience. Guess what? This time they didn't sent me anything. I thought it odd, but they must know how awful they were. I was early for my appt. So, one girl asked me if I wanted to schedule my next one. I let her know that it's just a touch-up, so I will schedule as needed, since I'm done with my regular treatments. Then, the other girl went over my services & kept telling me that feet & toes were not included. Before I could get into a treatment room, a fire alarm went off in the plaza. So, that was another thing. I ended up getting into a treatment room 20 minutes after my start time. This girl was still concerned that she could not see that I had been treated for feet & toes before. I asked her what I needed to do, like pay more money or something. She said no. I affirmed that in all 8 previous visits for laser hair removal (all in SF Union Square), they treated my full arms, full legs, underarms, Brazilian, hands, fingers, feet & toes. (I used to treat my upper lip as well, but I ended up buying ANOTHER package for full face & neck.) The fact that they nickel & dime you and don't include hands & fingers with full arms or feet & toes with full legs is one thing. On top of that, I paid to include these areas on my first visit to Union Square because they failed to mention this when I bought my package. Truly inconvenient. Maybe mention these things to the person who is treating almost their entire body! So, we remedied this & I proceeded to have 8 full treatments, including hands & fingers, feet & toes. Now, this girl in Mountain View is repeatedly telling me that she doesn't see that they ever treated my feet & toes. I keep asking her, "So, what should I do now? Do I need to pay more? Where do I go from here?" There is no real answer, just that she doesn't see it in their system. After my treatment, this girl is asking me about this again. I told her I didnt know what to tell her & that we are not communicating. She is still going on about this without offering any solution. Then, she asked me to re-book, although the other girl had already asked & I had politely declined. Again, I said no & that I would not be in the area to visit this location again. It was a one-off due to circumstances & normally I would visit the Union Square location. Even if I was in the area, I would not return here. The person who actually treated me was great! I want to acknowledge that. But, the front desk person... read more

I love this Laser Away! It's the third one I've been to and definitely the best. I will only be coming here from now on. All of the staff is so friendly and the facility is clean. Every time I come I look forward to seeing the girls, especially Katie at the front desk. She's so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm new to botox and laser and she was really patient with me and explained all my options and what the experience would be like. It made me feel really comfortable. read more

Devyn was awesome! Customer service was great. Will be recommending this place to my friends

Laser Away is always professional and provides high-quality service to their customers. The Mountain View location is well appointed and always clean. At each appointment, my wait times are short and everyone I interact with has a positive attitude and approach to dealing with me, answering my questions and meeting my needs. I highly recommend LaserAway and their professional services. read more

I always have a great experience here. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and Janeen is especially amazing! She is always professional, kind, and clear and upfront about pricing. She is super creative in putting together packages that best fit my needs. She ROCKS!! Thanks, Janeen, for always making my Laser Away experience awesome! read more

The consultation with Rachel was a breeze she patiently coordinated with me to get in on their busy schedule and even scheduled me around my birthday so I could get my best results for coolsculpting and follow the pre care! I'm so excited to see my results! I've come to this location before and Trixia (don't know if that's spelt right) did such an amazing job on my lip fillers. Mountain View is a great location to choose. read more

I've had a great experience with LaserAway. Specifically at this location. Valarie and Mandi do a great job of setting expectations and explaining the process. They are simple the best! They go above and beyond and they're not only professional but super friendly! I go to LaserAway for tattoo removal which is painful and I dread it. But with how amazing the the staff is, it makes the experience so much better. read more

I have been to LaserAway many times and really feel that everyone who works there is pretty wonderful, well trained and professional. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jyoti. Not only was she all of those things, but she was truly exceptional at all of them and really went above and beyond in every aspect. My experience with her was hands down the best experience I have had at LaserAway so far. Thank you Jyoti. read more

I go to LaserAway Mountain View for Botox and laser hair removal. Valerie is the epitome of a professional. She is thoughtful in her consultations and really strives to make my experience top notch. I first came to LaserAway with a lot of self conscious feelings about my appearance. I had some pretty deep "11's"...thank you genetics, and I really wanted to find a way to feel more confident about my forehead. Valerie sat with me, discussed my options, and really helped me feel confident and empowered with the investment I was going to make in not only my beauty, but my confidence as well. In addition to the beauty piece, I noticed that my sleep improved and I was experiencing less headaches. I attribute a lot to Botox because I am able to keep my forehead more relaxed throughout the day. Thank you Valerie, you are a true gem in this world. Now on to laser hair removal. My dermatologist recommended I look at getting laser treatment on my bikini line to help with razor burn. I have fair skin and darker hair so I was a perfect candidate. Valerie helped me again with this consultation. I will always go to her with all questions related to laser, she knows her stuff. She sent me a ton of information, as she knows I LOVE researching. I decided to move forward and the treatment is going well. I made up my mind with the area of focus prior to going in for my first treatment. The staff with suggest best practices, which I appreciate. I'm able to know my options prior to making a final decision on my treatment. Amazing technology and the staff is knowledgeable and extremely professional. Overall incredible location. read more

Great spot!!! They take care of you and the people there are super nice, especially Dev! I'll definitely be going back. Highly recommend!

Is Laseraway more expensive than other laser establishments? Probably. But they treat you like a queen. Their impeccable customer service makes you feel that the money is well worth it. I used to go to SEV laser and they were friendly too, but it's like impossible to get an appointment, and there is no consultation or advice from them. LaserAway is a non-tipping service, so really the price is not that different with some of the special bundles they offer. Also, it may be just my skin but the machines at Laseraway work better for me. I am doing hair removal and the clear + brilliant facials. read more

Kelly was so friendly and informative!! I will continue to book at Mountain View as she was great as well as the front desk staff. I went in for clear and brilliant and she answered all my questions and took her time. Thanks so much!! read more

I went to the Laserway for the hair removal and also do a filler for my lips as well. So far I love the results ! Thanks CC for the amazing job, my lips now have so much more volume. And for the hair removal, I can clearly see the hair grow much less and slower. Thank you Kathy and Jackie for recommending me the right treatment and good deals. Will definitely recommend the hair removal session to my friends. read more

Trixia who was my nurse is awesome! She was so patient and explained everything she was doing. Janeen and Nelly, who were manning the front desk were super friendly and great to chat with. Don't look any further for your laser hair removal needs. LA at Mountain View is the best! read more

I've been a customer of Laser Away for five years now. I started in the Sherman oaks location for laser hair removal and started my way at this one on Mountain View for tattoo removal. I must say that Laser Away provides 5 star customer service to their clients. I'd like to give a huge shout out to Janeen for helping me achieve the look I wanted with a super huge discount! I live about an hour away from this location and even though there are closer locations, I continue to drive to Mountain View for all my needs. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted with genuine smiles and given a seamless experience. I always work with Valerie, at the front desk, because of her professionalism and her fun energy she gives that lights the room. I've been receiving my lip fillers from Trixia, I will only go to her. My phobia of needles has prevented me from getting my ideal look, but since Ive met Trixia I've been able to sit through the process to have my desired pouty lips. She's quick, calms me down and does an amazing job. I tear up every time when leaving. Thank you for having amazing staff such as Valerie and Trixia, I will always be a LaserAway Customer and refer all my friends! read more

The nurse and clinic director made things right. Thank you.

I never write reviews, but my previous visit really made me feel that it's my job to let everyone know about my experience. Ariana was amazing and really made me feel at ease. But Mandi at the front was exceptional, and extremely helpful. I would try to find reasons to come here just because of those two. read more

Laser hair removal is a GAME CHANGER! Excellent intro from Valerie, thank you for the professionalism, perfect knowledge and excellent upsell! :) my whole body thanks you flor never having to wax again, yay! Receptionist welcome from both Nadia and Mandi was warm and real. :) you'll love them too. NURSE Trixia has amazing bedside manners, explains what she's doing and bam, you're done done. If you're still reading.... Tip: go in person to make an appt if possible. Their customer service # (unreflective of the Mt View location) in Southernleaves much to be desired. Not just sayin... I AM saying... dear owners, do note your rockstars! They make your brand thrive! maybe consider upgrading/ investing in the service part of "customer service" number so certain unpleasant phone reps don't scare people off, because they do have that potential. read more

Just had my 6th laser hair removal session and it was great as usual! CC is the best. So calming and makes sure there's absolutely no discomfort during the treatment. Everyone else I've interacted with there has been fantastic too. I'll for sure be going to Laser Away for any other treatments. I did my legs, armpits and brazilian. My favorite results so far are on my armpits since my hair was so thick. I'm also realizing that I should've done my toes as well since my toe hair grows back faster than my other hair now, so don't make the same mistake I did and consider doing your toes! read more

The staff and nurses at LaserAway are top notch! Very professional, fair pricing and flexible scheduling are some of the highlights that I appreciate. Highly recommended if you're looking to shed some of that unwanted hair in a more permanent manner. read more

Love this place. Janine at the front desk is amazing and the nurses are all super friendly and accommodating!

Everyone is really nice and accommodating. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable. Great nurses as well! They always explain the procedure to me before starting and explains after care. Will always go to this location! Love it! read more

Shoutout to Cece! She was so great. It had been a bit longer since my last appointment so she made sure I had ice packs and checked in on the cold air and how I was feeling throughout the appointment. No discomfort and was really nice to have such a friendly face after this past year of world crazy. And getting the verbal rundown of what to be on the lookout for in the next couple of days and an opportunity to ask questions was appreciated. Front desk gals were Leslie and Mandy (I think). I forgot to write their names down and I don't have great name memory if I don't see it written. But I remember that they were very friendly on checkin to get my temp checked and then to get my next appointment scheduled after I was done. The Mountain View LA is always clean and the people friendly. I enjoy the atmosphere when I walk in and am waiting for my turn. read more

Don't ever go to this location! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! This place called me at 12 when my appointment was at 12:30pm and they had asked me if I was coming in because I was late and that they had another appointment after me. I clearly told them that my appointment was at 12:30 and they tried to tell me it was at 12 and I was suppose to be there at 12. I was literally 10 minutes away from the location and they tried to cancel my appt. As soon as I got there I showed them my text message and email because they're the one who messed up on their part. I still ended up going and they seen me but only thing they did for me was numb me and had me wait for 1 hour and 30 mins all just to tell me I couldn't do the filler! This place is not organized. It makes no sense to numb someone first and then have them wait to see the nurse. You're supposed to look at past history and evaluate the patient first! This place is so terrible negative stars!!! I never had a problem with this location but NEVER again!!! read more

Loved this place. Janeen was absolutely fabulous. She patiently explained my options and the treatment best suited for me. I will definitely be going back to this place thanks to Janeen. Special shout-out to Delaila! She was very knowledgeable, considerate, and kept conversation going the entire time. Thanks Delaila! read more

Absolutely amazing services and staff! I did the cool sculpting, clean and brillance, and hair removal on my legs. All the nurses are professionals, always veryfing the medical conditions before every procedure In case of a doubt, they do Face Time with registered nurse on call to double check things. The facility is always clean and welcoming. The staff at the front desk is super nice and they always make you feel special and pretty.
