They put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on me EDIT: they called me back and offered to extend for 6 months IF I delete my review. They (hesitantly) rescheduled me, but I ended up deciding to cancel as I don't trust them touching my face after this ordeal. Terrible Service and Dishonest Clinic! I had scheduled a consultation, but the clinic canceled it without any explanation. When I called to request a refund, they refused and claimed they needed to consult the manager, who then never called back. So, I went to the clinic in person to ask for the refund again, and they pulled the same routine--manager was "not available," and I was told to come back another day. Eventually, likely because they were worried about me requesting a refund at the front desk in front of other patients, they finally agreed but insisted I cover a 5% credit card processing fee.
