I found FlowMD through a makeup artist on RedNote and decided to try it after years of dealing with stubborn brown spots. I've done YAG, IPL, peels, and microneedling before, but the spots always came back. After cleansing and about 30 minutes of numbing, I met Helen, who was super kind, knowledgeable, and really listened. She explained that PicoSure has different settings and started with the medium mode to see how my skin would react -- I really appreciated her cautious and thoughtful approach. The treatment was quick and surprisingly comfortable thanks to the cooling air hose. My skin looked brighter right away, not darker like with other lasers. Terrible Service and Dishonest Clinic! I had scheduled a consultation, but the clinic canceled it without any explanation. When I called to request a refund, they refused and claimed they needed to consult the manager, who then never called back. So, I went to the clinic in person to ask for the refund again, and they pulled the same routine--manager was "not available," and I was told to come back another day. Eventually, likely because they were worried about me requesting a refund at the front desk in front of other patients, they finally agreed but insisted I cover a 5% credit card processing fee.
