My skin looked super glowy afterward, and the extractions were excellent. However, I did find the price point quite high, especially since I'd expect that level of pricing from a larger, more luxurious salon that offers extra amenities like coffee or a fancy atmosphere. Since this is a smaller unit within a building with other small businesses, like nails or hair, I felt like the price was a bit steep for what's offered.

I've always been hesitant to go to a medspa because of what I've read and heard about how pushy some businesses can be with new clients. I also felt intimidated that I would be talked down to because I have only researched treatments and have had no prior experience. I'm really thankful to say that my experience at Skin Refine Medspa has been extremely positive. I felt seen, heard and understood. Most of all I felt safe! I've been going to Skin Refine since January of last year and I absolutely loved my experience so much, I've been returning since and recommending them to my friends! In fact, I just went in today and felt confident to schedule a new treatment for myself. Thank you to the Skin Refine staff for making me feel safe and secure in my own skin. I am grateful for the ability to ask questions without committing to anything until I'm ready. I feel beautiful and so happy with my results!

Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it. You can also visit their instagram to see other's results. You might even see mine!

Cons: Unfortunately the setting on the laser was higher than the recommended strength and I got a burn scar that blistered. So I feel that they lack experience The receptionist Farah is very rude :( I was nervous to go there and she made the experience worse. Also she's somehow responsible to give the pricing to patients and puts an awful front. I didnt want to deal with this place because I got a feeling they wont care/entertain any concerns given shes who I will have to deal with. I figured I would book for facial with Jassi and call to let them know I wanted a chemical peel. Day before my appointment, they called and confirmed my appointment and confirmed my chemical peel and I was so excited! I came in the next day extra early just incase there was any forms to fill out but they just asked for my name and let me know they will be with me shortly. Soon after Jassi came and got me and took me to the room and she was so warm and welcoming!! She explained the entire process of the chemical peel and even told me about Diamond Glow which would only enhance my chemical peel and explained that process and benefits as well. After thinking about it ( for about 30 seconds) I decided to add the Diamond Glow to my Chemical peel. I'm so glad I did because it was so relaxing and I could just feel myself falling asleep because Jassi was so gentle and would always make sure I was doing okay. The chemical peel process was as expected, it burned but that had nothing to do with Jassi, she gave me the fan before the process and turned it on the highest setting. Overall, I will be back for another treatment and I'll bring my family with me!

One of my eyelids grew milia throughout one year out of nowhere, and it was really bad for my self esteem. I was looking around for where to get this fixed, and my primary doctor suggested a professional esthetician. I asked someone on the team if they could deal with this type of issue, and Aily responded promptly by asking for details and confirming a quick appointment. As Aily deftly removed my milia while explaining what she was doing, she also analyzed my skin and basically said that I'm good and needed no treatments done. Honesty especially in a profession where you need clients is so rare that I wished I did have something that would have prompted a treatment plan with Aily. Tip on the pre-discount total…read more The pricing here is extremely dishonest. They offered a $30 discount but then manipulated the numbers to claw it back through the tip. Be very careful when paying! It's ridiculous that they expected a full tip for self-service. Usually, applying sunscreen is the final step of a professional facial, but they told me do it myself. You shouldn't have to tip for services you ended up performing on yourself. I'm very unhappy with the manager's attitude. The constant stream of calls and texts has become a real nuisance. Be careful and double-check your receipts here. I been here do my facial for 3+ years, I've been paying for three years, and this is the 'service' I get? Happy we choose this location when my cousin and I went last month. So far my skin has been behaving since (pores still small, no noticeable black spots, but still breaking out :/ (acne) Friendly and professional experience we had. Knocking off one star bc their menu wasn't updated -- I wanted to do the Cryo lift/treatment and was told they had stopped this service during the height of the pandemic. I ended up getting the Express Facial ($119) + congested package: - fruit enzyme exfoliation - ultra sonic deep exfoliation - hydro dermabrasion - intensive extractions - disenfecting/ antimicrobial treatment - pore sterilizing - high frequency - weightless hydration After taking pictures of my face with their iPad (could request after visit for them to send pictures via text) based on the Kenia's assessment, she said my skin was a bit congested. So she ended up using a tool to extract the pores off my nose. It was a painful experience that my nose was red until the next day (We had a 6 p.m. appointment). I've had facials done before and this was the most painful one yet. I know I spent more than half hour with this tech, but felt rushed and left hanging when her next client arrived. Was handed the skin regimen, post care instructions, took my payment and that was that. I know during the treatment we had talked about post-care, but wasn't sure if we were to go over it again so they could potentially sell some of their products to me that were neatly aligned on the wall? My cousin's tech followed through all the way until she took my cousin's payment. To return to this location again? Maybe. Recommend to others, sure. It would be helpful to know what your skin needs so you can purchase the facial care needed.
